Santunan tersebut merupakan bentuk kepedulian Komandan Kodim 0115/Simeulue dan Ketua Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana Cabang XXXIII DIM 0115/ Simeulue terhadap sesama. Tentunya juga ajaran semua agama yang mewajibkan kita untuk saling membantu, saling menolong dan saling berempati.
Komandan Kodim 0115/Simeulue mengatakan santunan yang kami berikan memang tak seberapa. Namun kami berharap apa yang diberikannya dapat bermanfaat bagi Warakawuri, anak yatim dan difabel personel Kodim 0115/Simeulue
Ia juga menyampaikan pemberian santunan ini sebagai suatu penanda kasih sayang untuk mempererat persaudaraan antara Kodim 0115/Simeulue Warakawuri, anak yatim dan difabel personel Kodim 0115/Simeulue. Tutup Dandim.
