Dalam pertemuan ini, penggagas dan pengurus P4GN Prof. Drs. H Efendi Barus MA PhD, menyerahkan langsung Nota Kesepakatan yang telah ditanda tangani oleh Semua Tokoh Masyarakat, Agama, Pendidikan, dan semua Ormas/ Kepemudaan di Kecamatan STM Hulu Kabupaten Deli Serdang kepada Kapolresta Deli Serdang .
Lebih lanjut, Kapolresta Deli Serdang Kombes Pol Irsan Sinuhaji, SIK, MH, juga sangat berterima kasih atas kunjungan dan silaturahmi tatap muka yang dilakukan oleh Persadaan anak kuta (P.A.K) serta tokoh-tokoh masyarakat kecamatan STM Hulu, yang telah bersedia mendukung pihak kepolisian khususnya Polresta Deli Serdang, dalam membantu memberikan informasi, serta membangun komunikasi dengan pihak kepolisian Deli Serdang.
