Banjarnegara- Ketua Komnas Perlindungan Anak (Komnas-PA) Banjarnegara, Harmono, SH, MM, CLA mempertanyakan tindak lanjut penyidikan oleh Polres Banjarnegara dalam kasus pengaduan dugaan pencabulan yang diduga dilakukan A N saat kegiatan Gurah di Dusun Silengkong Desa Karangtengah Kecamatan Wanayasa Kabupaten Banjarnegara pada Sabtu 22 Mei 2021 yang diadukan 04 Juni 2021 dan di LP kan 15 September 2021.
Sebelumnya Komisi Nasional Perlindungan Anak (Komnas PA) Banjarnegara dan, orang tua kandung (KR) dari sembilan korban dibawah umur sudah mengadukan ke Polres Banjarnegara, Orangtua korban menghendaki terlapor untuk diproses sesuai hukum yang berlaku agar ada efek jera dari pelaku.
“Kita mempertanyakan kapan Polres mengadakan gelar perkara dengan kita para korban, dan kapan penetapan tersangka,” Kata Harmono dikonfirmasi, Jumat (21/1/22) melalui telphon selulernya. Kemudian kata Harmono, “Seperti apa Polres Banjarnegara dengan Kapolres baru Bapak Hendri Yulianto, SIK MH semoga untuk segera menetapkan tersangka tersebut.
Dugaan kasus pencabulan ini dengan korban 11 orang, 9 diantaranya masih dibawah umur diketahui sebelumnya setelah Komnas Perlindungan Anak (Komnas PA) Banjarnegara, mendapatkan informasi dari orangtua korban, yang melaporkan bahwa “Anak-anaknya telah diperlakukan pencabulan saat kegiatan gurah,”ucap Harmono.
Kemarin Senin 17 Januari 2022, orangtua anak yang bernama Mistam dan Murtini telah mempertanyakan Unit PPA Polres Banjarnegara terkait tindak lanjut kasus tersebut.
