Morowali- Setelah rencana aksi unjuk rasa Front Solidaritas Pembela Hak Azasi Manusia (HAM) tahap awal berhasil digagalkan dengan permintaan mediasi, rencana tersebut kembali dilanjutkan. Hal ini disampaikan Ahmad Fausan selaku Koordinator Front, Kamis (23/9/2021).
“Mediasi kemarin itu dianggap gagal-gagal atau tanpa hasil dan seakan hanya untuk meredam aksi. Sehingga, kembali kami melayangkan surat pemberitahuan aksi unjuk rasa pada hari Sabtu, 25 September 2021,” ungkap Ahmad Fausan.
Menurut Ahmad Fausan, aksi ini dilakukan dalam rangka menyikapi dugaan kriminalisasi dan diskriminasi tiga orang masyarakat desa Bunta Kecamatan Petasia Timur Kabupaten Morowali Utara (Morut) yang dipicu adanya laporan PT. Gunbuster Nickel lindustri (GNI) kepada pihak Kepolisian.
“Ini sudah kami layangkan melalui surat pemberitahuan aksi yang ditujukan kepada Kepala Kepolisian Resort (Kapolres) Morut Cq. Kasat Intel Polres Morut dan ditembuskan kepada Bupati Morut dan Ketua DPRD Morut serta Kapolsek Petasia, tertanggal 22 September 2021,” bebernya.
Ahmad Fausan menilai, penahanan yang dilakukan pihak kepolisian tidak tepat, bahkan dituding sebagai upaya diskriminasi dan kriminalisasi terhadap masyarakat yang menuntut hak mereka. Pasalnya, jalan umum yang dimaksud merupakan jalan yang dibuat sendiri dilahan pribadi dari masyarakat itu sendiri atas nama Yahya berdasarkan surat kepemilikan lahan serta saksi-saksi yang masih hidup.
Selain itu, jalan dan lahan tersebut masih dalam sengketa perdata yang saat ini juga sementara bergulir kasusnya di Pengadilan Negeri Poso dengan nomor registrasi perkara 118/Pdt.G/2021/PN Ps. Untuk itu, Front Solidaritas Pembela HAM menuntut agar M. Yahya Cs dibebaskan dan meminta diberhentikannya aktifitas apapun di atas obyek perkara.
Berdasarkan surat pembertahuan aksi, tambah Ahmad Fausan, titik kumpul bertempat di rumah M. Yahya dan estimasi masa berjumlah 300 Orang dengan jumlah kendaraan 5 unit roda 4 dan 50 unit roda 2. Adapun peralatan aksi berupa pengeras suara, spanduk, bendera, pamplet, dan lainnya. Untuk sasaran, masa aksi akan melakukan aksinya dari rumah M. Yahya menuju lokasi yang disengketakan.
