Lape-Nagekeo-NTT, dikutip dari bebrapa sumber berita online Nusa Tenggara Timur, Slidik Kasus melakukan investigasi lapangan Bripka Julianus Pinem (35) dinyatakan meninggal pada Jumad 18 Juni 2021. Diduga Bripka Pinem dan para pekerja wanita tempat hiburan malam di Coklat Cafe melakukan pesta miras selama 3 hari sejak 16 Juni 2021 sampai tanggal 18 Juni 2021, hingga merenggut nyawa sang Bripka yang merupakan anggota kepolisian Polres Nagekeo.
Bripka Pinem kemudian dirujuk ke RSD Aeramo pada pukul 08:00 Witta dan meninggal sekitar pukul 12:57 Bripka Pinem dinyatakan meninggal dunia setelah didiagnosis mengalami gagal jantung (Cardiac arrest e.c) syok kardiounik. Lelaki 35 tahun itu meninggalkan seorang seorang istri dan tiga orang anak yang masih kecil.
Pada hari yang sama salah seorang perempuan hamil dengan nama panggilan Vila usia 23 Tahun, yang juga pekerja tempat hiburan malam, meninggal Dunia yang diduga mengkonsumsi minuman keras yang berlebihan. Vila ditemukan dalam kondisi kritis di Cokelat Cafe, Kelurahan Lape, Kota Mbay, Nagekeo kemudian dibawa ke Puskesmas Danga untuk mendapat perawatan.Selanjutnya, dirujuk ke RS Aeramo namun nyawanya tidak tertolong. Vila diketahui sedang hamil 6 bulan.
Berdasarkan pers rilis Kepolisian Resort Nagekeo melalui Kapolres Nagekeo Agustinus Hendrik Fai, polisi membantah tudingan anggotanya meninggal dunia akibat mengonsumsi miras oplosan. “Informasi yang beredar di medsos itu tidak benar. Keterangan yang valid dan benar itu harus dari dokter, bukan berdasarkan isu atau informasi yang tidak benar. Keterangan dokter itu yang kita pakai, karena itu bisa dipertanggungjawabkan secara hukum,” Tutur AKBP Hendrik Fai.
Kasus Bripka Pinem terlepas meninggal mengalami gagal jantung, akan tetapi ada faktor penyebab lain yaitu kinsumsi minuman keras (MIRAS) yang berlebihan. Dikutip dari sumber Halo dokter: Steven Nissen, MD, ketua Cleveland Clinic Ohio bagian kardiovaskular menyatakan, sebenarnya belum ada data akurat yang menunjukkan pengaruh alkohol terhadap jantung secara spesifik. Hal ini disebabkan karena studi yang dilakukan seringnya bersifat observasional, bukan secara spesifik menelaah tentang hubungan alkohol dan jantung.
Meski begitu, konsumsi alkohol yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan kardiomiopati alkohol, atau sering disebut dengan jantung melemah. Selain itu, alkohol memicu terjadinya takikardia ventrikel atau jantung yang berdetak tidak beraturan. American Heart Association menyatakan, alkohol juga memicu peningkatan fibrilasi atrium atau gangguan pada irama jantung.
Selidik kasus menemui ketua RT 09 Rw.03 Kelurahan Lape-kecamatan Aesesa-Kab. Nagekeo-NTT, Bpk Mikael Ngasi di kediamannya. Mikael mengkonvirmasikan kepada selidik kasus bahwa Coklat Cafe berada di wilaya RT. 09 selama keberadaan tempat hiburan itu sebagai ketua wilaya setempat tidak pernah mendapat informasi dari pemilik cafe (tempat Hiburan) atau ijinan tempat hiburan dengan kata lain ilegal.
Mikael mengatakan dengan keberadaan Cafe coklat, hampir setiap malam banyak para pengunjung yang berbadan tegap dan rambut cepak dan sering mambuk-mabukan dan membuat keributan di wilaya kelurahan Lape lebih khusus di Rt.09. hal ini mikael menerima laporan pengaduan dari masayrakat setempat. Mikael pernah suatu ketika di bulan Desember tahun 2020 menyambangi Cafe Coklat sekitar pukul 21:00 untuk menanyakan apakah Cafe Coklat Mempunyai izinan ? salah satu dari pelayan Cafe coklat hanya menjawab Bapak…? lalu pergi meninggalkan Mikael dan menutup pintu Cafe.
Dengan kejadian meninggalnya Pak Pinem dan Ibu Vila, secara Pribadi dan ketua Wilaya Rt. 09, Mikael meminta kepada semua instansi yang terkait di Kabupaten Nagekeo untuk segera menutup tempat usaha ilegal bukan hanya yang ada di wilaya RT saya, tetapi diseluruh wilaya Kabupaten Nagekeo. Lanjutnya secara peribadi saya mengucapkan belasungkawa atas meninggalnya pak Pinem dan ibu Avila semoga amal baiknya di terima disi kanan Tuhan yang maha Kuasa.
Menurut informasi Mikael dan beberapa masyarakat setempat menjelaskan bahwa Coklat Cafe pemiliknya adalah oknum anggota Kapolres Nagekeo yang berinisial (T). Jika (T) adalah anggota Polisi yang berdinas di Polres Nagekeo tentunya (T) sudah menabrak pasal 5 PP No 2/2003 Tentang Peraturan Disiplin Polri. (Obet)
