Menyikapi Pandemi Covid-19 Di Kepulauan Aru,Politisi Partai Demokrat Mengatakan Bupati Sangat Lemah Dalam Mengambil Keputusan
Kepulauan Aru Maluku Selidikkasus.com Dalam persiapan menghadapi Disease Virus Corona(Pandemi Covid-19) di Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru Pemerintah Daerah sudah harus siapkan dana dari sekarang bukan nanti kalau sudah terjadi, apa lagi surat keputusan bersama (SKB) dari Mentri Dalam Negeri dan Mentri Keuangan sudah ada.
Menyikapi Surat Keputusan Bersama(SKB) Mentri dalam negerii dan Mentri keuangan No 119/2813/SJ dan No 117/KMK.07/2020 tanggal 9 April 2020,tentang percepatan penyesuaian anggaran pendapatan dan belanja Daerah,tahun 2020 dalam rangka penanganan Virus Corona(Covid-19)serta pengamanan daya beli masyarakat,dan perekonomian Nasional yang pada diktum (b) rasionalisasi belanja barang dan jasa sekurang kurangnya besarannya 50% dengan mengurangi anggaran belanja,terutamam untuk poin ke 10(Sepuluh) jasa kantor antara lain langganan daya listrik,air,telekomunikasi,media cetak dan peralatan.
Politisi asal Partai Demokrat dan juga Anggota DPRD kabupaten Kepulauan Aru Provinsi Maluku Abraham mangar spd, kepada awak media selidikkasus.com bertempat di warung kopi jalan Ali Moertopoh kecamatan Pp Aru Kelurahan Siwalima kabupaten kepulauan Aru Provinsi Maluku pada 14/05 mengatakan,Pada hari kemarin saat kita Rapat Dengar Pendapat dengan Pemerintah Daerah sudah saya sampaikan bahwa,Bupati sangat lambat dalam pemotongan anggaran pada hal Regulasinya sudah ada,pemotongan 50% sesuaai SKB mentri,seola ola bahwa Bupatinya tidak hadir di tempat,pada hal Bupatinya ada,jadi kemarin saya sudah sampaikan dalam RDP sudah sangat jelas.
Lanjutnya dalam situasi ini kita butuh kehadiran bupati,dan dia Bupati harus tegas jangan sampai sudah ada korban baru kita mulai bacakar sana sini.masyarakat kita ini butuh eksyen dari pemerintah Daerah yang nyata bukan suatu rencana.sudah harus melakukan sesuatu hal namun harus beralibi masih rapat disana dan rapat disini sementara ancaman Covid-19 ini nyata.di depan mata masyarakat sudah mulai gelisa,sudah mulai takut.
Sampai hari ini saja kita,punya tempat Karantina itu yang di rencanakan menggunakan SMPN I namun masih menjadi polemik,sebab masyarakat di sekitar sekolah tersebut tidak setuju,karena letak sekolah terletak di lingkungan masyarakat,imbuhnya
Politisi Partai Demokrat ini menghimbau agar bisa mencari tempat yang steril,menurutnya boleh saja kita lakukan karantina di disitu namun secara kesiapan belum ada,sementara permasalahan covid -19 sudah ada nyata di depan mata kalau berbicara anggaran anggaran sudah ada tinggal di atur saja di tim anggaran pemerintah Daerah tegasnya.
Mangar menegaskan jangan sampai kita iseng menangani masalah Covid-19 bersyukur kalau pemerintah pusat belum mengijinkan pelayaran untuk masuk tapi kalau sudah siapa yang akan menjadi korban?otomatis Rakyat yang menjadi korban,dan siapa yang akan di permasalahkan ujung ujung pemerintah daerah yang di salahkan.otomatis DPRD juga harus ikut bertanggung jawab mengatasi hal ini karena kira semua belum serius dalam menghadapi persoalan ini,jadi saya minta Bupati harus tegas untuk mengambil langkah langkah strategis,dalam menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19 ini.sebab ini bukan lagi masalah lokal,atau Nasional tetapi ini masalah global yang harus di selesaikan secara bersama.
Diakhir pembicaraan politisi asal partai Demokrat ini meminta kepada Bupati kabupaten kepulauan Aru Dr Johan Gonga yang bertindak sebagai Ketua Tim Gugus tugas Percepatan Penganan Disease Virus Corona atau Pandemi Covid-19 agar segerah adakan pemotongan sesuai SKB mentri dalam Negeri dan Mentri Keuangan di masing masing SKPD dan OPD dan tim anggaran juga harus bergerak cepat agar secepatnya semua berjalan dengan baik tegasnya.
