Selidikkasus.com: Semende Kabupaten Muara Enim Sumatera Selatan telah terjadi penangkapan terhadap pelaku pemalsuan tanda tangan surat dukungan Partai berlambang Beringin Alias Golkar pada tingkat Kecamatan di Semende Darat Ulu atau Korcam SDU pada tanggal 15 Maret 2021.

Penangkapan terhadap Pelaku pemalsuan tanda tangan tersebut di lakukan oleh Indra Gandi Bin H.Kasmi (alm) Pria berusia (51)Tahun beralamat di Desa Pajar Bulan Semende Darat Ulu Kab.M.Enim Sumsel.

Ardiansyah Yunisca saat di konfirmasi membenarkan atas penangkapan Indra Gani (51) warga Desa Pajar Bulan untuk Penyidikan lebih lanjut terhadap tindak pidana pemalsuan surat yang terjadi pada hari minggu tanggal 11 oktober 2020 sekitar pukul 13.00 Wib di Desa Tanjung Raya kec Semende Darat Tengah kab.Muara Enim dengan tindak pidana dalam pasal 263 Ayat (1) KUHP Pidana.

Dalam hal ini Kapolsek Iptu.M.Heri Irawan,SE memerintahkan Tim Reskrim Polsek Semende untuk melakukan proses penyidikan dan penahanan terhadap Laporan dari Tamulis sebagai Pelapor dalam kasus Pemalsuan surat tersebut, yang terjadi saat proses pemilihan Korcam Golkar pada tanggal 11 oktober 2020, Di halaman depan Rumah Nasran sekitar pukul 13.00 Wib Desa Tanjung Raya Kecamatan Semende Darat Tengah Kab.Muara Enim saat proses pemilihan korcam Golkar di tingkat Kecamatan.

Atas kejadian ini saat di konfirmasi Tamulis sebagai Pelapor mengatakan kita tunggu saja proses selanjutnya sebab ini akan ada pelaku lain yang terlibat dalam proses pemalsuan tanda tangan surat dukungan Partai Golkar pada tingkat Kecamatan dan tidak akan berhenti sampai disini saja karena kejahatan seperti ini harus segera di bersihkan agar proses Demokrasi terus terjaga di Negara Indonesia kebiasaan ini segera kita hilangkan demi keberlangsungan Partai Golkar yang bersih Jujur adil transparan

Disamping hal tersebut Tamulis mengatakan selain indra Gandi pihak lain yang di untungkan dalam kasus pemalsuan harus di usut tuntas juga sampai ke akar nya kita akan kawal sampai tuntas mohon kepada pihak berwajib segera menetapkan kembali pelaku berikut nya.tutup tamulis
