Morowali- 11 November 2023, Indonesia Huabao Industrial Park (IHIP) atau PT Baoshuo Taman Industry Invesment Group (BTIIG) terus menggelar kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) untuk terus mendorong kualitas pendidikan di Kecamatan Bungku Barat. CSR yang bertajuk IHIP Youth Empowering Chambers (IYEC) itu di mulai di SMKN 2 Bungku Barat di Desa Ambunu, Morowali, Rabu (8/11) merupakan program CSR unggulan IHIP yang merupakan program pengembangan diri untuk para siswa.
External Manager Indonesia Huabao Industrial Park, Cipto Rustianto, mengatakan, ”Ini bukti nyata bahwa kehadiran BTIIG atau IHIP di tengah-tengah masyarakat Morowali berkomitmen penuh untuk selalu memberikan yang terbaik, salah satunya adalah peningkatan kualitas dan mutu pendidikan di area sekitar industri”.
Menurut Cipto, Materi pelatihan kali ini adalah problem solving, dimana melalui sesi ini Problem Solving, diharapkan mampu membiasakan siswa untuk berpikir sistematis, mampu mencari jalan keluar terhadap situasi yang dihadapi, belajar menganalisis suatu masalah dari berbagai aspek, mendidik siswa percaya diri, serta mendidik siswa untuk berpikir dan bertindak kreatif.
Salah satu peserta IYEC Problem Solving SMK 2 Bungku Barat, Nur Azizah, mengatakan, ”Saya sangat senang bisa mengikuti program ini, karena membantu saya untuk memacu kreatifitas saya untuk berpikir jauh kedepan dan selalu mencari solusi terhadap sebuah permasalahan”.
Sementara kurikulum IYEC sendiri sedang diuji cobakan kepada kurang lebih 100 anak siswa, bekerjasama dengan SMKN 2 Bungku Barat di Kabupaten Morowali. Sedikitnya ada 3 kompetensi dasar yang dilatih dalam program IYEC ini akan di fokuskan kepada kompetensi yang saat ini di butuhkan secara global, mulai dari Komunikasi Efektif melalui program Impactful Public Speaking, yaitu pelatihan kepercayaan diri saat berkomunikasi seperti presentasi, hingga keterampilan menulis serta menyampaikan pendapat dan menghargai pendapat orang lain.
Kemudian dilanjutkan kompetensi selanjutnya seperti, Problem Solving, creativity, dan critical thinking yaitu, kemampuan mengelola perubahan yang mampu mengatasi sebuah masalah dengan cepat dan tepat melalui kreatifitas dan kemampuan berpikir kritis sesuai dengan perencanaan dan tujuannya. Serta kompetensi mengelola social media yang inspiratif, Mulai dari identifikasi peluang yang tersedia, membuat perencanaan yang baik. Selanjutnya IHIP juga menyiapkan materi inspiring social media, yang akan mengajari netiquette dan penggunaan media sosial sebagai pembentukan positive self-branding.
Hal itu, didasarkan bahwa saat ini, keseharian sebagian masyarakat Indonesia hingga pelosok daerah tidak bisa dilepaskan dari pemanfaatan sarana digital, seiring dengan semakin meluasnya digitalisasi di berbagai industri dan aktivitas perekonomian. Guna lebih mengenalkan dinamika ekonomi digital di Indonesia saat ini serta terbukanya peluang karir di masa depan bagi generasi muda Indonesia, program IYEC hadir menjadi solusi untuk mendorong kualitas pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.
Melalui acara ini IHIP sekaligus mendorong siswa SMKN 2 Bungku Barat untuk tidak ragu berkarya dan memajukan industry digital nasional melalui kemampuan kreatifitas dan public speaking, problem solving dan social media. Dengan demikian, mereka pun akan memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan ekonomi digital nasional yang menjadi tumpuan ekonomi Indonesia di masa depan,
IHIP IYEC ini bertujuan menyiapkan anak-anak muda Indonesia khususnya di area sekitar industri, sekaligus meningkatkan potensi mereka sehingga bisa menjadi sumber daya manusia yang unggul di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 atau cyber physical system. Dengan demikian, siswa akan bisa menyiapkan dirinya menghadapi tantangan yang ada di era digital, baik untuk berkarir sebagai tenaga profesional maupun mengambil langkah sebagai pelaku bisnis.
