Menurut taupik sh,Proses pelaku tidak pidana penipuan dengan modus lamaran kerja di PT.BAK tanjung Enim para korban dalam mencari keadilan di polres muara Enim terkesan lamban dalam penangannya

Laporan polisi LP/B/304/XI/2024/SPKT/Polres M.Enim tgl 01/11/2024 pelapor sebagi korban SDR .Hendi, Agi Alfebri, Reza dan Jhon hugandi telah melaporkan SDR. Berinisial RD karyawan PT.BAK yg telah menjanjikan dapat merekrut untk menjdi karyawan PT.BAK

Pelapor yang di dampingi olh advokat sdr. Taufik Hidayat.SH Tugan Siahaan, SH.MH sebagai kuasa hukum pelapor/ korban membenarkan ada nya laporan tersebut di polres muara Enim dn sudah di proses di reskrim polres muara Enim, namun dari bulan Nopember 2024 dan di sayangkan hingga saat berita ini di terbitkan 14/4/2025 6 (enam) bulan belum ada titik terang sebagai tersangka, padahal bukti-bukti dari pelapor sebagai korban sudah cukup dan di serahkan ke penyidik Reskrim polres muara Enim

Menurut Taufik Hidayat, SH-Tugan Siahaan.SH.MH selaku kuasa hukum para korban menyatakan Hukum Harus di Tegakan sekalipun Langit Akan Runtuh dan tindak pidana ini dgn modus menjanjikan dapat memasukan bekerja dgn memberikan mahar ataw sejumlah uang dengan alasan tertentu harus di tindak sehingga perbuatan ini tak menjamur khususnya di wilayah Tanjung Enim dn kab muara Enim dan tidak ada korban-korban lainya

para pelamar rela mengeluarkan uang yang di pinta pelaku demi mendapat pekerjaan namun apa yg terjadi bekerja tidak dan uang tidak di kembalikan oleh terlapor yang berinisial RD BAK
Harapan kami dalam proses ini penegak hukum reskrim muara Enim tegak lurus demi hukum dan harapan para korban tindak pidana penipuan ini dalam upaya mencari keadilan dapat terwujud dengan tidak berlarut larut

Dan terlapor ini sepertinya terkesan tidak kooperatif ..TDK menutup kemungkinan ada oknum yg me bekingi terlihat di panggil olh penyidik berulang kali tidak hadir dengan alasan tertentu, pundi undangn utk mediasi dari kuasa hukum pun tidak dihiraukan olh terlapor
Bagi kami selaku kuasa hukum pelapor, pelaku ini siapapun beking nya hrus dapat di pertanggung jawabkan di depan hukum dan hukum harus tegak lurus demi keadilan para korban melalui kuasa hukumnya tetap ber keyakinannya penyidik satreskrim polres muara Enim dapat segera menentukan tersangka demi keadilan
