Tindakan Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) Kabupaten Pelalawan yang seolah – olah menahan pembayaran TPP Para Guru, BOP Pendamping PKH dan proyek tunda bayar tahun Anggaran 2023, sementara APBD Perubahan 2024 sudah disahkan dan hasil evaluasi dari Provinsi pun minggu lalu sudah selesai, dan telah diserahkan ke Pemda Pelalawan.
Terkait hal ini Ketua Jaringan Pemuda Riau (JPR) Sogul Kubu, Jumat (01/11/23) mengatakan bahwa tidak boleh Pemerintah Daerah melakukan penahan pembayaran terhadap hak orang,
“Seharusnya tidak ada alasan bagi Pemda untuk menahan atau menunda pembayaran TPP dan Proyek tunda bayar, karena proses APBD Perubahan sudah Clear, hasil evaluasi dari Provinsi sudah turun seminggu yang lalu” Tuturnya.
Lanjut Sogol bahwa dirinya menduga ini sengaja dilakukan oleh Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Pelalawan Devitson Saharuddin, S.H, M.H dan Pejabat sementara (Pjs) Bupati Pelalawan DR Jhon Armadi Pinem ST MT berkemungkinan besar bisa saja untuk membantu salah satu Paslon.
“Ya, saya menduga bahwa menahan pembayaran ini jangan – jangan Pak Devitson dan Pjs Bupati ingin memakai dana ini untuk membantu dana kampanye salah satu paslon, ini dugaan ya, semoga saja dugaan saya ini tidak benar” Ujarnya.
Harapan Ketua Jaringan Pemuda Riau (JPR) ini agar Pemda Pelalawan secepat mungkin menuntaskan dan membayarkan hak – hak para guru dan para kontraktor yang telah menalangi kegiatan Pemda tahun anggaran 2023 yang lalu.
“Saya berharap agar segera dibayarkan hak para guru, BOP Pendamping PKH dan kegiatan tunda bayar terhadap kontraktor jangan tahan hak orang, itu namanya Zolim, dan kami akan kawal ini juga melalui aksi di lingkungan Pemda Pelalawan” Harapannya.
Diakhir pembicaraannya Ketua JPR ini mengultimatum, “Jangan sampai ada aksi, nanti baru Pemerintah Daerah bergegas melakukan penyelesaian terhadap kewajibannya, itu namanya sikap yang tidak bijak” Tegasnya.
