Kendari – Viral di sosial media terkait Perdebatan Oknum Kepala Desa Pesouha dengan seorang Guru SMKN 9 Kolaka. Perdebatan tersebut berawal Puluhan Siswa dan Guru SMKN 9 Kolaka melakukan aksi Blokade Jalan terkait Polusi Udara (Debu) akibat aktivitas pertambangan.
Aktivitas tersebut terletak di Desa Pesouha, Kecamatan Pomalaa, Kabupaten Kolaka, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Senin lalu, 25/09/2023.
Vidio viral itu berdurasi 1 Menit 44 Detik. Dalam Vidio itu Puluhan siswa masih mengenakan seragam sekolah beserta guru – guru yang melakukan blokade jalan sebagai bentuk protes adanya Polusi atau Pencemaran Udara (Debu) akibat aktivitas pertambangan.
Mirisnya, bahkan dalam Vidio itupun nampak terlihat seorang oknum Kepala Desa Pesouha yang tengah berdebat dengan seorang Guru SMKN 9 Kolaka dengan gaya bagaikan Preman yang melindungi perusahaan tersebut dengan cara membentak bentak seorang Guru dan Siswa, bahkan dengan jejari telunjuknya ikut bergoyang dan diarahkan kepada para Siswa tersebut.
Atas dasar itu, Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Aliansi Wartawan Indonesia (DPC AWI) Kota Kendari, Manton Kecam dan angkat bicara terkait sifat arogansi oknum Kepala Desa Pesouha yang mempertontonkan dirinya diduga memback up perusahaan tambang dari aksi Protes yang dilakukan oleh puluhan siswa dan guru SMKN 9 Kolaka.
Manton mengatakan, Kepala Desa Pesouha, Yastin Sutrisno mengakui dibeberapa media bahwa yang melintasi jalan tersebut terdapat 3 perusahaan tambang, yaitu PT. PMS, PT. Vale dan Perusda Kolaka.
Ketua DPC AWI Kota Kendari itu yang warga Kolaka itu menjelaskan, Dampak daripada pencemaran udara / Polusi Udara (Debu) baik itu Asap Kendaraan maupun Pencemaran Udara (Debu) yang berterbangan bisa memicu terjadinya gangguan pernapasan, seperti asma, ISPA, dan kanker paru-paru. Selain itu, pencemaran udara juga bisa berakhir pada berkurangnya kadar oksigen di dalam tubuh manusia. Dan itu sangat berbahaya bagi masyarakat disekitar aktivitas pertambangan, khususnya siswa siswi dan guru di SMKN 9 Kolaka.
“Pencemaran udara itu sangat berbahaya, jadi wajar saja jika puluhan siswa siswi dan guru melakukan aksi protes. Tapi kami sangat menyayangkan oknum Kades Pesouha terlihat arogan kepada siswa siswa dan guru – guru,” Kesal Manton, Jum’at, 29/09/2023.
Sambung Manton, dalam vidio yang berdurasi 1,44 detik itu, seorang guru berteriak dan mengatakan “Sudah banyak guru dan siswa yang sakit karena hirup debu. Kami hanya minta sebelum melintas mohon disiram dulu jalannya,” ucap Manton menirukan teriakan seorang guru didalam Vidio viralnya itu.
Sementara, mengenai perusahaan tambang dalam pengelolaan CSR itu perlu dipertanyakan, pemerintah Kabupaten Kolaka, dalam hal ini Bupati Kolaka hingga ke perintah desa terkesan mengabaikan keterbukaan informasi publik.
Oleh karena itu, DPC AWI Kota Kendari yang juga warga Kolaka itu meminta dengan tegas kepada Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) untuk segera memanggil dan memeriksa perusahaan tambang PT. Vale dan PT. PMS terkait dana CSR.
Selain itu, Manton juga meminta kepada APH untuk segera memanggil dan memeriksa Oknum Kepala Desa Pesouha, Kecamatan Pomalaa terkait pengelolaan Dana Desa yang dimulai dari sejak beberapa tahun lalu.
“Saya pribadi sangat kecewa dengan Kades Pesouha yang mempertontonkan dirinya selaku Kades didepan siswa siswi dan guru dengan cara yang arogan dan membentak bentak seorang Pendidik. Bahkan tanpa ia sadari, jutaan orang – orang pintar dan sukses itu karena berawal dari Pendidik yaitu Guru – Guru di sekolah. Salah satunya yang selalu mengajarkan Ilmu Tata Krama maupun Etika itu sendiri dalam berbicara,” Jelas Manton.
Terkahir, Warga Kolaka, Manton menyampaikan akan terus berjuang untuk menolak perpanjangan PT. Vale yang selama ini tidak jelas pengelolaan Dana CSR nya. Pungkasnya.(Manton)
