Selain itu, lanjut Nicolas perusahaan AFB juga saat ini segera akan melakukan target reklamasi 2023 sesuai dokumen Rencana Reklamasi (RR) yakni rekonturing atau pemerataan lahan dan vegetasi seluas 10,12 Ha.
Hal ini juga sudah dilakukan di tahun 2022, dengan luas lahan 2,9 Ha berdasarkan dokumen RR. Namun pada tahun 2023, kita naikkan menjadi 10,12 Ha sesuai dokumen RR.
“Jadi, ada ketambahan luas lokasi yang kita akan rekonturing sesuai dokumen RR. Kalau tahun sebelumnya seluas 2,9 Ha tapi di tahun 2023 ini menjadi 10,12 Ha sesuai dokumen RR,” jelas Nico sapaan akrabnya.
Tak sampai dsitu, kata Nico PT AFB saat ini juga sedang membuat Rigid Pavement (perlintasan jalan beton) sebagai syarat penggunaan jalan perlintasan yang diwajibkan oleh Balai jalan provinsi.
Untuk mendapatkan izin melintas saat ini sudah diganti dengan syarat melakukan Rigid Pavement, aspal diganti dengan coran sesuai standar yang ditetapkan Balai jalan provinsi.
“Jadi, Rigid Pavement ini salah satu kewajiban kami, yang mana sebagian sisi sudah selesai dikerjakan. Adapun saat ini terhenti karena menunggu kematangan dari jalan beton dari satu sisi,” jelasnya.
Terakhir, Nico berharap dukungan semua pihak sehingga kedepan semua progres PT AFB dapat berjalan lancar sesuai harapan.
“Kami berharap kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut bisa berjalan dengan baik dan didukung oleh semua stakeholder sehingga konsistensi dan kewajiban-kewajiban yang harus kami penuhi bisa terpenuhi,” tutur Nico penuh optimis.
Sebelumnya, Camat Bahodopi Tahir SE, M. Adm, SDA, kepada sejumlah Wartawan mengakui dan salut atas kepatuhan PT AFB terhadap regulasi pertambangan yang ada.
Dikatakan Tahir, PT AFB salah satu perusahaan pertambangan di kecamatan Bahodopi yang saat ini sudah mengantongi izin RKAB 2023, padahal untuk terbitnya izin tersebut bukan hal yang mudah banyak persyaratan yang mesti dipenuhi.
“PT AFB itu taat aturan, semua izin-izin pertambangannya lengkap. Makanya tidak heran, kemarin itu izin RKAB yang diajukan langsung cepat diterbitkan instansi terkait,” pungkasnya.
Tahir berharap, kepatuhan PT AFB dapat dicontoh perusahaan lainnya yang ada di wilayah kecamatan Bahodopi.
“Kepatuhan PT AFB ini, semoga menjadi contoh untuk perusahaan tambang yang ada di kecamatan Bahodopi,” harap Tahir.
