- Pasfoto warna merah 3 x 4 5 Lembar
- Pasphoto 3 x 4 hitam putih 5 Lembar
- Pashoto 2 x 3 Warna Merah 3 Lembar
- Materai 6000 3 lembar
- Adm. Pendaftaran
- Map Plastik bertulang Besi Warna Merah 1 Lembar
- Map Biasa Warna Merah 2 Lembar
- Pembelajaran Paket A setara SSD dilaksanakan 2 kali dalam seminggu yaitu hari Jumat dan sabtu mualai dari Pukul 14.00 s/d selesai, sedangkan peserta yang sibuk karena pekerjaan di berlakukan belajar Mandiri (belajar dirumah) sedangkan biaya pendidikan dibayar secara mandiri oleh peserta didik dan di gratiskan bagi masyarakat Kurang Mampu (Miskin)
- Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) VERLENEN EDUCATION adalah Sekolah Non Formal yang mana Ijazah paket A setara dengan Ijazah pendidikan Formal, Ijazah Paket A bisa dijadikan syarat sebagai Persyaratan melanjutkan Pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri/Swasta, hal ini diatur dalam Undang-Undang nomor 20 tahun 2003 Sistem Pendidikan Nasional dan peraturan menteri Pendidikan.
