Jakarta,selidikkasus.com -Beberapa hari ini Peesiden Joko Widodo menyoroti penyaluran bantuan sosial (Bansos) tunai,dia geram pasalnya penyalurannya berbelit belit dan begitu lambat sampai ke penerimanya.
Jokowi kembali membahas dalam rapat terbatas dengan para menteri kemarin,dia mengungkapkan prosedur penyaluran bansos tunai terlalu rumit.
“Kecepatan yang kita inginkan agar penyaluran Bansos itu segera sampai di masyarakat,ternyata memang dilapangan banyak kendala dan problemnya,problemnya adalah masalah prosedur yang berbelit belit”tegas Jokowi saat membuka rapat terbatas virtual,selasa 19/5.
Jokowi meminta agar penyalutan bansos dibuat sesederhana mungkin agar fleksibel dalam pelaksaannya,namun dia menekankan harus tetap akuntabel.
“Yang paling penting bagaimana mempermudah pelaksaan di lapangan,oleh sebab itu keterbukaan itu sangat diperlukan sekali” katanya.
Jokowi mengusulkan penyaluran bansos agar didampingi KPK,BPKP,dan Kejaksaan.
“Kita memiliki lembaga lembaga untuk mengawasi dan mengontrol agar tidak korupsi dilapangan” tegasnya.
Menurut Menteri Sosial Juliari Batubara,perlambatan penyaluran bansos tunai terjadi di awal ada masalah dalam hal pendataan,penyaluran data dari daerah mengalami kendala.
“Di awal awal itu yang terjadi adalah keterlambatan data dari daerah,ketrlambatan data dari daerah ini diakibatkan banyaknya data yang dikirim dari kabupaten kota ke Kemensos dan itu tidak mewakili data yang dikirim dari desa” uajar Juliari saat konfeeensi pers virtual usai ratas,selasa 19/5.
“Yang terjadi banyak kabupaten kota yang menarik kembali data yangvsudah dikirim ke Kemensos,karena ternyata ada desa atau kelurahan yang keberatan,karena mereka tahu bahwa data yang mereka kirimkan tidak sama dengan data dari Dinsos yang dikirim ke Kemensos” terang Juliari.
Untuk mengatasi itu,Kemensos kini sudah menutup celah bagi desa dan kelurahan yang ingin menarik data,mereka audah tidak bisa lagi mengoreksi data.
“Kepada daerah daerah yang sudah tidak lagi narik narik data kemudian kirim data lagi,ini mungkin karena beberapa program bansos yang bersamaan dari Kemensos ada,Kemendes ada,pemprov ada,pemkot/pemkab juga ada”terangnya.
“Jadi mungkin dilevel bawah itubtidak mudah untuk melakukan pendataan,kamibpahami karena juga harus akuntabel,tidak sembarangan memberikan data,kalau hanya mengandalkan kecepatan saja tapibtidak harus akuntabel itu mudah,sehingga yang kami lakukan sudah menyetop untuk data sehingga tidak bisa ditarik tarik lagi datanya” pungkasnya.
