PEKANBARU —– Dugaan Aksi Premanisme yang diduga dilakukan Ade Marton Ajudan T. Azwendi fajri Wakil ketua DPRD kota Pekanbaru, dan Raden Marwan seorang staff ASN protokol DPRD kota pekanbaru Jum’at (08/05/2020) pukul 20:15 Wib lalu,mendapatkan kecaman keras dari DPW Perkumpulan Wartawan Online Independen Nusantara (PWOIN) Riau.
” Kita amat menyayangkan sikap dan kecam kedua oknum tersebut, yang diduga tidak memiliki etika dengan memperlakukan Wartawan dengan melakukan dugaan pengusiran kepada Wartawan yang tengah melakukan Peliputan.” ungkap Rizal Tanjung Ketua DPW PWOIN Riau.Jum’at (15/05/2020)
Akan laporan yang telah dilakukan Fadila Saputra Pemimpin Umum media siber (online) www.putrariau.com dan Pimpinan Perusahaan media cetak Tiraiinvestigatif ke pihak Mapolsek kota Pekanbaru, dengan no laporan STPL : B/STPL/43/V/2020/RIAU/RESTA PEKANBARU/SEKTOR PBR KOTA adalah langkah yang tepat, ” tambah Rizal Tanjung.
Ismail Sarlata Sekretaris PWOIN DPW Riau juga menambahkan, Laporan yang telah diterima tidak hanya sekedar laporan saja. ” Kami DPW PWOIN Riau dengan tegas meminta kepada pihak Kepolisian Polresta Riau melalui Kapolsek Kota Pekanbaru, dapat menegakan Undang-Undang Pers No 40 tahun 1999 pasal 18 ayat (1) yang berbunyi : Setiap orang yang secara melawan hukum dengan sengaja melakukan tindakan yang berakibat menghambat atau menghalangi pelaksanaan ketentuan Pasal 4 ayat (2) dan ayat (3) dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 2 (dua) tahun atau denda paling banyak Rp. 500.000.000,00 (Lima ratus juta rupiah).”
Kami DPW PWOIN Riau juga meminta, pihak Mapolsek kota Pekanbaru dapat mengusut tuntas tidak hanya dari sisi pelaku saja. Melainkan otak pelaku dan atau dalang dari peristiwa yang telah terjadi, dimana pelaku melakukan dugaan premanisme pengusiran Wartawan.
Sementara Anhar Rosal Ketua OKK DPW PWOIN Riau,mengecam keras dimana DPRD kota Pekanbaru diduga mempekerjakan Ade Marton sebagai Tenaga THL, sebagaimana Informasi dan data SK Ade Marton sebagai Tenaga THL dan segera mengembalikan uang Negara kekas Negara,yang jelas diduga melanggar aturan dan peraturan yang telah mempekerjakan Resedevis dan atau mantan Narapidana yang tersandung Pidana Narkotika. pinta Anhar Rosal
” Jika tidak segera lakukan pencabutan SK THL Ade Marton, dapat diduga DPRD Pekanbaru pelihara para Napi yang diduga dijadikan sebagai Bodygadnya DPRD. Serta segera tidak mengembalikan pembayaran upah Ade Marton ke Kas Negara, maka DPRD kota Pekanbaru juga dalam menggunakan dana diduga tidak sesuai sasaran sehingga dapat merugikan keuangan Negara.” tutup Anhar (Team)
