Bandung Jabar,Meminimalisir penyebaran wabah virus corona atau Covid-19, PLN menangguhkan sementara proses pencatatan dan pemeriksaan stand meter bagi pelanggan pasca bayar. Sebagai gantinya, untuk rekening bulan Mei 2020, PLN telah menyiapkan layanan melalui WhatsApp terpusat bagi pelanggan yang ingin melaporkan angka stan dan foto kWh meter.
Ini bagian dari physical distancing yang kita lakukan, mengurangi interaksi langsung antara petugas dengan pelanggan sebagai upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus corona,tutur Senior Executive Vice President Bisnis & Pelayanan Pelanggan PLN, Yuddy Setyo Wicaksono dalam siaran persnya, Kamis (23/4).
Pelanggan pascabayar dapat mengirimkan angka stan kWh meter melalui layanan WhatsApp terpusat PLN dengan cara:
Menyiapkan nomor kWh meter dan foto stan meter.
Buka Aplikasi WhatsApp dan kirim pesan melalui nomor 08122 123 123.
Ketik 2 untuk lapor pemakaian pascabayar
Selanjutnya ikuti langkah-langkah yang ada dalam WhatsApp.
Pelaporan angka stan meter dapat dilakukan oleh pelanggan sesuai tanggal pencatatan meter masing-masing pelanggan yang akan diinformasikan pada awal proses pelaporan mandiri melalui WhatsApp. Laporan dari pelanggan tersebut nantinya akan menjadi dasar perhitungan tagihan listrik pelanggan setiap bulannya
Jadi di akhir bulan April ini pelanggan akan melaporkan untuk rekening tagihan bulan Mei,Demikian juga pada akhir Mei nanti, kami mohon pelanggan dapat mengirimkan kembali angka stan meter untuk dasar perhitungan tagihan bulan Juni, tambah Yuddy.
Bagi pelanggan yang tidak melaporkan angka kWh meter, dasar perhitungan tagihan listrik akan menggunakan perhitungan rata-rata pemakaian listrik selama 3 bulan terakhir.
Jadi pelanggan yang tidak bisa melaporkan, tidak perlu khawatir.” imbuh Yuddy.
Dirinya menambahkan, jika ada pengaduan atau keluhan pelanggan terkait ketidaksesuaian pencatatan stand akhir kWh meter dan perhitungan rekening, akan diperhitungkan pada rekening bulan depan, sehingga pelanggan tetap tidak akan dirugikan. Pengaduan bisa langsung disampaikan ke contact center PLN 123.
PLN juga menghimbau kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan pembayaran secara online untuk meminimalisir kontak fisik antara pelanggan dengan petugas.
“Jadi sebagai upaya preventif mencegah penularan covid-19, kami juga mengajak pelanggan untuk memaksimalkan pembayaran listrik secara online,” imbuhnya.
Pembayaran listrik dapat dilakukan di mana saja tanpa harus mendatangi kantor PLN.Diantaranya melalui ATM, Internet Banking, SMS Banking, Aplikasi Dompet Digital (E-Wallet) seperti Link Aja, Gopay, dan sebagainya ataupun melalui aplikasi E-Commerce seperti Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Traveloka, dan sebagainya.
Tidak hanya pembayaran, pelanggan PLN juga dapat memaksimalkan pelayanan PLN secara online melalui Contact Center PLN 123 ataupun Aplikasi PLN Mobile, baik untuk layanan informasi tagihan, sambung baru, perubahan daya, penyambungan sementara maupun pengaduan pelanggan,punkasnya
