Akan Segera Dibuat Satu Desa, Satu Rumah Isolasi di Kabupaten Pandeglang
Pandeglang, selidikkasus.com – Rumah Isolasi dapat dikatakan hal pokok untuk penanganan penularan pandemi Covid- 19.
Oleh sebab itu, Bupati Hj. Irna Narulita berharap satu desa itu satu rumah isolasi segera terwujud.
“Warga yang masuk kedalam pantauan jika tidak dapat melakukan isolasi mandiri bisa dilakukan di runah isolasi,” demikian dikatakan oleh Hj. Irna Narulita saat Rapat Kordinasi dengan 37 Kepala Puskesmas di Pendopo, Selasa (21/04).
Untuk memujudkan hal ini kata Hj. Irna memang tidak mudah, harus dipikirkan secara matang karena memakan biaya cukup besar. “Kita nanti bisa memakai anggaran bantuan keuangan dari Provinsi Banten untuk penanganan Covid 19,” katanya.
Sementara H. Doni Hermawan, SE., MM., sebagai Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, dan Pemerintahan Desa (DPMPD) mengatakan, pembuatan rumah isolasi itu memang rencananya akan dibuat di bulan Mei, karena kata Doni sesuai Surat Edaran (SE) Menteri Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi (PDTT) No. 6 tahun 2020 tentang prioritas pembangunan Dana Desa tahun anggaran 2020.
“Surat Edaran ini dikeluarkan tanggal 14 April kemarin, tiga poin isinya yaitu penanganan Covid-19, padat karya tunai Desa, dan bantuan tunai Desa serta mengharuskan adanya rumah isolasi,” kata Dony.
Oleh sebab itu, dikatakan H. Doni, Surat Edaran tersebut harus segera ditindaklanjuti. Dan memang diungkapkan oleh H.Dony, SE, MM., Surat Edaran ini sejalan dengan pembentukan Gugus Tugas di Tingkat Desa hingga RT / RW yang mengharuskan adanya rumah isolasi tiap Desa. “Kita akan sinergikan antara program pusat hingga ke desa,” ujarnya.
Terkait Anggaran,
H.Dony mengatakan akan memakai anggaran Bantuan Keuangan (Bankeu) Provinsi Banten yang ada di Desa sebesar 45 juta di masing-masing Desa.
“Tapi sebelumnya harus ada perubahan anggran dulu di APBDes setelah itu baru dibentuk,” terangnya.
Lebih lanjut H. Dony mengungkapkan, bahwasanya nominal 45 juta ini selain untuk pengadaan rumah isolasi, juga untuk pemenuhan logistik selama proses karantina. Saat dikarantina tentu semua kebutuhan nya harus dipenuhi,” pungkasnya..
