Morowali- Kordinator Lapangan dari Organisasi Masyarakat ( Ormas) Jaga Morowali Mendatangi kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Morowali, Senin( 20/11/2023) untuk menyampaikan beberapa kasus- kasus dugaan korupsi di kabupaten Morowali Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.
Kami datang di Kejaksaan Negeri Morowali bersama puluhan masa aksi untuk membuka mata hati penyidik Kejaksaan terkait beberapa laporan kasus- kasus Korupsi yang kita laporkan untuk menangkap beberapa oknum yang diduga korupsi agar dilakukan proses,”Kata Korlap Ormas Jaga Morowali Hisam.
Lanjut hisam, hari ini baru kami laporkan di Kejaksaan Negeri Morowali, kita sementara menunggu karena ada sebagian dokumen diperbaiki yang diminta untuk membuat kronologinya. Mungkin minggu depan tambahan data-datanya kita masukan sama dokumen kita lampirkan nanti,”Ucap Hisam.
Adapun tuntutan yang disampaikan diantaranya:
1. Mendesak Kejaksaan Negeri Morowali segera periksa Ketua DPRD Morowali (KUSWANDI) terkait proyek rehab gedung DPRD Morowali;
2. Periksa Kuswandi atas dugaan suap 200 Juta hasil pungli yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Desa Parilangke;
3. Tangkap Alwan Abubakar atas dugaan proyek fiktif di BKD Morowali;
4. Periksa dan seret Asfar atas dugaan aliran Dana Proyek Pembangunan jalan di Bahodopi;
5. Periksa Asis Kabarata dugaan proyek pembangunan gedung kantor Kelurahan Tofoiso atas anggaran yang diduga di Mark Up dan mengalir ke Asis Kabarata;
6. Meminta Kejaksaan Morowali untuk memeriksa Kepala Inspektorat terhadap Pertanggungjawaban Penggunaan Dana Pengawasan senilai 18 Miliar;
7. PT. KAS segera kembalikan sertifikat tanah masyarakat Bumi Raya;
8. Tangkap Kades Solonsa atas Dugaan Penjualan Tanah APL (tanah bengkok) milik Desa Solonsa.
