2. Adanya cacat formil dalam surat tersebut berdasarkan ketentuan UU yang sudah kita sampaikan kepada pihak yang berwajib.
3. Didalam isi surat tersebut ada sebuah klausal yang menyatakan jika ada pelanggaran yang dilakukan harus dipertanggung jawabkan dengan proses hukum, bukan main hakim sendiri.ujarnya.
Ditambahkan, Bahwa selama 12 tahun lebih kami memiliki dan mengusai tanah tersebut tidak ada permasalahan apapun dengan pihak mana pun, akan tetapi sejak sekitar akhir tahun 2020 tiba tiba warga mengklaim memiliki sertipikat.
” Menurut ketentuan hukum, bila ada pihak-pihak yang klaim tanah tersebut harusnya menghornati hukum, dengan mengajukan gugatan ke pengadilan negeri bukan main hakim sendiri, ini negara hukum kami juga wajib di lindungi secara hukum”.pungkasnya
