“Anggaran yang habis itu yang kami pakai kurang lebih Rp.600 juta(Enam ratus juta) yang tidak jelas utamanya, upah tukang. Sementara upah tukang hari ini yang kemarin kami masih panitia, kami sepakati itu dengan sampai satu item atau dua item pekerjaan, dengan upah sekian ditotal itu Seratus tujuh puluh lima juta. akan tetapi sampai sekarang belum lengkap dan sekarang ada 300 juta kurang lebih. justru itu kami minta laporan dari ke keuangan mereka tidak memberikan bukti saya tidak tau, dan itu uang tidak ada yang keluar,”Sebut Arya.

Dan yang kami pertanyakan disini tukang itu dan tekhnis salah satu Aparatur Sipil Negara(ASN) yang di Dinas Perpustakaan itu yang kami percayakan untuk mengawasi. Tapi kenapa beliau ini tanpa konfirmasi sama kami panitia dulu, langsung mengambil alih pekerjaan minta uang tanpa sepengetahuan kami selaku pengurus, padahal kami sudah gaji dia sebagai untuk mengawasi disitu Rp. 20 juta(Dua Puluh juta) gaji beliau sampai selesai pekerjaan, akan tetapi secara diam-diam tanpa koordinasi dengan kami dia kerja tidak beres dan uang sudah habis diambil.

Menurutnya, dari total anggaran Rp.1miliyar, dana yang kurang jelas Setengahnya kurang lebih. dan pembangunan tidak selesai. Sisanya tinggal Rp. 30 juta. Pekerjaan padahal belum selesai. kalau dengan dana 1 miliar awalnya pekerjaan pembangunan setengahnya sudah selesai,”Ucapnya.
Kepala desa Kolono Nulfa’i menjelaskan bahwa sebenarnya kalau terkait Masjid Raya Baabuusaalam waktu itu ketua pembangunannya Irwan Arya, sambil berjalan dan saya amati kayak ada saling mencurigai antara ketua kemudian si bendahara dan dengan teman-teman yang lain dan saya coba tengahi.
Pada waktu itu kita lakukan rapat karena saya lihat ribut maka saya undang seluruh masyarakat dan saya undang seluruh panitia untuk mengevaluasi pekerjaan pembangunan dan Alhamdulillah dilakukan rapat sampai terjadi debat didalam masjid, agak seru. dan begitu saya tengahi saya mengambil sikap bahwa kepanitiaan ini tidak bisa dipertahankan karena saya lihat sudah saling menjatuhkan.

Kalau dia rehab ada istilah pembongkaran dihitung upah berapa semua. Jadi awalnya itu ada kesalahan komunikasi antara beberapa pengurus ini. Tapi kalau menurut pandangan saya untuk panitia sudah profesional dan soal pembangunan sementara berjalan cuma saat ini kita stop karena dana kita lagi belum siap.
Dan menurut saya sejauh ini untuk pembangunan masjid aman saja, hanya orang yang tidak merasa aman kemudian dibilang tidak aman, kita tanya masyarakat pembangunan berjalan terus.
