PALU- Koordinator Koalisi Rakyat Anti Korupsi (KRAK), Abd.Salam, Minggu (29/5)di ruang kerjanya mengatakan, pihakya mendesak Polda dan Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Tengah, untuk segera memeriksa Plt Sekertaris Daerah Kabupaten Poso, Frits Sam Purnama, karena diduga saat masuk sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) mengunakan data kelahiran palsu, sehingga masa jabatanya masih panjang, walaupun sebenarnya sudah memasuki masa pensiun.
Menurutnya, karena memiliki data kelahiran palsu, sehingga Plt, Sekertaris Daerah Kabupaten poso Frits Sam Purnama, masih membutuhkan waktu beberapa tahun lagi pensiun.
“Kenapa harus mengunakan berkas palsu dengan mengurangi usia atau umur saat proses masuk pegawai negeri sipil atau ASN, ini yang perlu ditelusuri. Sudah jelas walaupun sesungguhnya umurnya sudab pensiun, namun data kelahirannya diduga palsu sehingga dia masih tetap menjabat,” tandasnya
menurut Abd.Salam, apa yang telah di lakukan Plt,Sekda Frits Sam Purnama, merupakan bentuk dari tindak pidana yakni Perbuatan Melawan Hukim (PMH).
“Kalau sudah seperti ini, jelas Negara yang dirugikan. Jadi dia harus mengembalikan semua kerugian negara baik dari segi fasilitas yang di pakai selama ini jadi pegawai maupun jadi pejabat ,” ujarnya.
Menurutnya, manipulasi data kelahiran yang dilakukan Plt,Sekda Kabupaten Poso Frits Sam Purnama, sudah menjadi perbincangan di kalangan ASN di Kabupaten Poso, yang kaget dengan apa yang di lakukan oleh Sekda yang dikenal baik dan berwibawa itu.
