Sambung nya, kita semua bersukur bahwa Perpustakaan kita di Desa Harapan Jaya ini, saat ini mewakili Sulawesi Tengah, artinya mewakili Sulawesi tengah dalam lomba Perpustakaan Tingkat Nasional untuk di Sulawesi Tengah Perpustakaan kita ini adalah yang terbaik untuk ukuran perpustakaan Desa.
Jadi bapak dan ibu yang tinggal di Desa Harapan Jaya saat ini bisa berbangga bahwa Perpustakaan nya adalah Perpustakaan terbaik di Sulawesi Tengah karena menjadi Duta Lomba untuk tingkat nasional mewakili Sulawesi Tengah,”Ucapnya.
Sementara kurang lebih seribu jumlah desa di Sulawesi tengah hanya Desa Harapan jaya yang mewakili, ini menurut saya luar biasa dan kita patut berbangga, tetapi kebanggaan itu tidak cukup kita menjadikan kita untuk berpuas diri tetapi itu menjadi tantangan buat kita bahwa menjadi teladan itu mempertahankan teladan itu jauh lebih sulit dari pada kita ingin meraih prestasi,”Jelas Husban Laonu.
Untuk itu apa yang sudah kita lakukan untuk mengembangkan Perpustakaan kita yang menjadi kebanggaan desa harapan jaya sekaligus kebanggaan Kecamatan Bumi Raya dan kebanggaan masyarakat Morowali itu dapat kita terus banggakan dan dapat terus kita pertahankan.
Apa yang ingin kita capai dari Literasi ini, Lomba perpustakaan ini pertama menumbuhkan dan membudayakan minat baca ditengah-tengah masyarakat, Dukungan masyarakat dan keterlibatan masyarakat itu sangat-sangat penting untuk memajukan ini, budaya Baca akan menjadi kebudayaan itu tidak muncul dengan sendirinya tetapi ada tahapan yang kita lalui, kalau dalam teorinya itu ada tahapannya di ajarkan untuk membaca dibiasakan untuk membaca, Didisiplinkan untuk membaca kemudian diruntingkan untuk membaca menjadi satu kebudayaan dan itu akan menjadi adab peradaban.

Ini program pemerintah pusat yang sudah dilaksanakan setiap tahun dan program ini terintegrasi mulai dari lomba tingkat kecamatan, tingkat kabupaten, tingkat provinsi dan Nasional yang tetap dilaksanakan setiap tahunnya,”Terangnya.
Desa di kabupaten Morowali ada 126 Desa dan kelurahan tetapi untuk perpustakaan hari ini untuk modelnya perpustakaan baru Tiga Desa.
Dan yang paling layak untuk kabupaten Morowali untuk tingkat provinsi adalah Perpustakaan Moro Pintar dan Alhamdulillah dalam lomba tingkat Nasional tahun ini dipercaya sebagai Desa Harapan Jaya Juara I Umum Mewakili Sulawesi Tengah Tahun 2021,”Tutup.
