Bupati Banggai Dr. Ir. H. Herwin Yatim, MM memonitoring dan memantau kegiatan penyaluran bantuan sembako tahap ke II kepada 225 pelaku UMKM, Kegiatan ini di laksanakan Di Halaman Dinas Koperasi Dan UKM Kab. Banggai.
Bupati Banggai Pada Kesempatan Itu Di dampingi Oleh Kepala Dinas Koperasi Dan UKM Ernaini Mustatim dan Jajarannya, Kabag Prokopim Ferry R. Ledder Dan Staf, Ketua Forum Usaha Mikro Kab. Banggai, serta Tim Media Kominfo.
Dinas Koperasi Dan UKM pada kesempatan ini membagikan Bantuan Sembako yang kedua kalinya kepada 225 Pelaku UMKM yang terdampak Covid19.
Bantuan sembako yg diperuntukan untuk para pelaku usaha mikro ini adalah untuk yg terkena dampak secara ekonomi diantaranya :
- menurunx produktivitas usaha mikro dan pendaptan para para ojek karena social distancing
- bahwa pelaku usaha mikro merupakan sektor yg sangat terdampak secara ekonomi akibat covid 19 sehingga pendaptan menurun drastis
- bahwa pelaku usaha mikro perlu di selamatkan dgn memberikan bantuan dlm bentuk paket kebutuhan usaha agar usahax tetap berlanjut
- bantuan ini akan diberikan selama 3 kali tahapan.
Bupati Banggai Dr. Ir. H. Herwin Yatim,MM dalam arahannya menyampaikan Bahwa Kegiatan siang hari ini merupakan Tindak lanjut dari Instruksi Pemerintah Pusat dan provinsi Untuk memprioritaskan Bantuan Sosial Kepada Masyarakat yang terdampak oleh Penyebaran Wabah Pandemi Covid19, Sesuai data dari Dinas Koperasi, Hari ini akan Diserahkan Sebanyak 225 Paket Bantuan untuk Pelaku UMKM.
Pemerintah Kab. Banggai sangat konsen terhadap Masyarakat Yang terdampak Covid19.
Dampak Makro dari Covid19 ini sangat Berpengaruh Kepada Sumber Sumber Pendapatan Negara Dan Sumber Sumber Pendapatan Daerah, Ekonomi dan UMKM tdk Berjalan Seperti Biasanya Bahkan Industri Wisata dan pendukungnya Seperti Sektor Jasa,Perhotelan Dan Kuliner Tdk lagi menghasilkan Nilai Tambah bagi Pendapatan Daerah,
Akibat ekonomi dari Covid19, Pemerintah Pusat Menginstruksikan kepada Kementerian Lembaga dan Pemerintah Daerah Kab. Kota dan Provinsi Seluruh Indonesia untuk merealokasi APBD untuk tiga kegiatan Prioritas diantaranya :
- Kesehatan dalam Upaya Pengendalian Covid19.
- Sosial Safety Net. Atau Bantuan Sosial bagi Masyarakat Yang terdampak.
- Insentif Ekonomi bagi para pelaku usaha UMKM.
Olehnya itu Pada siang hari ini Pemerintah Kab. Banggai menyerahkan Bantuan Paket Sembako
Kepada Pelaku UMKM yang kedua kalinya,
Semoga Dengan Diberikannya Paket Sembako ini dpat mengurangi Dampak yang terjadi akibat adanya Covid19, saya selaku Pimpinan Daerah Berharap, Bantuan Sosial ini dapat bermanfaat, dan mari sama sma kita berdoa semoga Covid19 segera Pergi meninggalkan Kita di bulan suci ramadan ini, Dan Aktivitas Kita dapat kembali berjalan Normal.
Lebih lanjut Bupati menambahkan kami selaku Pemerintah Daerah tidak henti hentinya memberikan himbauan,Masukan, instruksi dan menyampaikan arahan dari Presiden RI, Gubernur tentang bagaimana kita menghadapi Pandemi Covid19 ini dengan bijaksana kepada masyarakat. Dengan cara Stay at Home, Apabila melakukan Kegiatan diluar Rumah selalu memakai masker, Menjaga pola hidup bersih, dan selalu mencuci tangan.
Hal ini yang harus kita lakukan sehari hari yaitu mengikuti protokoler kesehatan sehingga kita dapat terhindar dari wabah Covid19.

Yang telah mampu mengkoordinir dan mengatur Penyaluran tahap 2 Bantuan Sembako ini dengan baik, sehingga amanah yang saya berikan untuk ibu Ibu pelaku UMKM yang terdata bisa di Bantu melalui penyaluran Bantuan Sembako ini.
Pemetintah akan selalu hadir untuk masyarakat Kab. Banggai.
Sebelum menutup Arahannya Bupati Banggai menambahkan terkait pelaksanaan Shalat Idul Fitri Kami Jajaran Forkopimda Bapak Kapolres, Bpk Dandim, Ibu Kajari, Ketua Pengadilan, Kemenag Banggai, MUI dan Stake holder Lainnya menyatakan Bahwa Kab. Banggai telah ada 3 orang Positif Covid19 olehnya untuk mencegah Penyebaran lebih besar kami bersepakat untuk melaksanakan Shalat Idul Fitri di Rumah saja.
Kami juga menghimbau untuk sering bersilaturahmi akan tetapi dimasa pandemi Covid19 ini mari kita memperbanyak tali silaturahmi kita melalui Media Elektronik entah itu Whatsapp, Telephone atau video call, hal ini tidak mengurangi rasa persaudaraan dan tali silaturahmi kita.
Mewakili Seluruh Jajaran Pemerintah Daerah Kami Mengucapkan Minal aidzin Walfaidzin Mhon Maaf Lahir Dan Batin, Apabila ada salah kata dan perbuatan kami memohon maaf. Semoga amaliah kita selama ramadan ini bernilai ibadah di mata Allah SWT. Amiin.
