Ditengah Kesibukan Penanganan Covid-19, Polda Riau Tetap Komit Tangani Karhutla.
PEKANBARU ; selidik kasus.com – Ada yang berbeda dengan Riau tahun 2020 ini, langit biru menyelimuti Bumi Riau pada akhir bulan April ini. Hal ini berbanding terbalik dengan beberapa tahun terakhir pada periode yang sama di bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni lalu, dimana asap tebal dan jerebu dari Karhutla menutupi langit menjadi sebuah pemandangan tahunan yang selalu dialami Riau.
Tingkat keberhasilan pemadaman diatas 97 persen dari titik api yang muncul setiap harinya, hal ini tidak lepas dari peran dari deteksi dini Aplikasi Dashboard Lancang Kuning Nusantara.
Dengan menggunakan aplikasi unggulan dashboard lancang kuning dalam memantau titik api, sangat membantu petugas bertindak secara cepat dan tepat untuk segera memadamkan api dilapangan. Hotspot yang terpantau pada aplikasi akan segera diverifikasi petugas di lapangan dengan melakukan pengecekan yang diarahkan melalui koordinator di Posko. Jika setelah dilakukan pengecekan ditemukan titik api, perugas yang terdiri dari stakeholder terkait akan segera memadamkan api.
Sesuai data selama tahun 2020 (Januari hingga Maret) tercatat sebanyak 425 titik api yang terverivikasi dalam dashboard lancang kuning, dimana luas lahan terbakar mencapai 2.338,83 hektar di beberapa wilayah kabupaten di Riau ini. Sedangkan yang berhasil dipadamkan oleh petugas Kepolisian bersama TNI dan aparat lainnya termasuk masyarakat dan relawan adalah seluas 2.097,13 hektar.
Karo Ops Polda Riau Kombes Pol Drs Rahmad Hidayat mengatakan memang kurun waktu 3 bulan (Januari sampai Maret) ini untuk angka titik api meningkat dari bulan ke bulan, dimana bulan Januari ada 129 titik api, bulan Februari 219 titik api dan bulan Maret 425 titik.
Namun hal itu juga diikuti dengan tingkat keberhasilan dan upaya dalam pemadaman, angkanya juga terus meningkat hingga hampir keseluruhan berhasil kita padamkan. Kami hitung diatas 97 % bisa kita padamkan.
Sementara itu Dir Krimsus Polda Riau Kombes Pol Andri Sudarmaji menjelaskan dari sisi penegakan hukum kasus karhutla selama tahun 2020, Polda Riau dan jajaran telah menangani sebanyak 50 perkara baik Perorangan maupun korporasi. Dari jumlah kasus tersebut, tersangka sebanyak 57 orang. Sedangkan untuk proses dari 50 perkara yang ditangani, rinciannya adalah 9 kasus yang tahap penyidikan, kemudian 30 kasus sudah tahap I, 2 kasus sudah P21, dan yang sudah ditahap II sebanyak 9 kasus.
Sesuai prediksi dari BMKG bahwa ditahun 2020 akan terjadi kemarau yang lebih panjang. Di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, tidak menyurutkan upaya Polda Riau dan Jajaran untuk terus menjaga agar bisa mengendalikan dan menangani kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Di tengah kondisi penanganan pandemi Covid-19, Polda Riau tetap berkomitmen untuk mencapai hasil Provinsi Riau Bebas Asap dan Langit Biru Terlihat di Tahun 2020.
