Ķulurahan Karawang Wetan Tidak beri Surat Himbauan pada Masyarakat Terkait Pembayaran Hutang Pinjaman Terhadap Koperasi Bank Emok

Karawang Jabar SelidikKasus.com – Dengan adanya aduan dari pihak Karyawan Koperasi Bank Emok yang mengatakan bahwa warga Karawang Wetan ketika ditagih tidak mau membayar hutang pinjamannya dengan alasan atas dasar adanya surat himbauan dari Kepala Kelurahan Karawang Wetan, Hal tersebut dikatakan beberapa karyawan Koperasi Bank emok kepada Kepala Kelurahan Karawang Wetan.

Senin 27/04/2020 Menanggapi hal tersebut, Maman ave, sebagai Kepala Kelurahan Karawang Wetan Kecamatan Karawang Timur angkat bicara, Bahwa dirinya tidak pernah mengeluarkan atau membuat surat himbauan kepada masyarakat Karawang Wetan untuk tidak membayar hutang pinjaman terhadap koperasi bank emok. Ucapnya

Sampai saat ini saya tidak pernah membuat surat himbauan seperti itu kepada masyarakat Karawang Wetan karena itu adalah kewenangan OJK, tegasnya.

masihvMaman ave menegaskan, Kelurahan Karawang Wetan hanya memberikan surat himbauan kepada Masyarakat agar tidak boleh melakukan kumpulan-kumpulan, tidak boleh mengadakan kegiatan yang mengundang kerumunan orang banyak, dan agar melaporkan apabila ada orang yang datang dari luar kota atau dari luar negeri ke Kelurahan Karawang Wetan melalui RT/RW setempat karena orang itu masuk ODP (Orang Dalam Pamantauan).
Kalau di Kelurahan lain, di Desa lain itu ada surat himbauan pemberitahuan kepada warga agar Bank-Bank yang menagih setiap hari dimohon untuk tidak melakukan penagihan.

Saya kepala kelurahan dan hanya di Kelurahan saya yang tidak memberikan rekomendasi surat himbauan tersebut, karena menurut saya, itu adalah cacat hukum saya bisa disomasi oleh Kapolsek, pungkasnya.
