untuk mencegah dan memutus msta rantai penyebaran virus corona yang mengakibatkan munculnya berbagai masalah sosial pada nasing masing Daerah, dengan permasalahan ini Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri Jatim juga membuat kebijakan terkait dengan pengamanan sosial dengan berupaya memberikan bantuan kepada warganya ,
Bupati Kediri H. Haryanti Sutrisno , mengatakan upaya Penerintah Pusat , provinsi dan daerah dalam memerangngi penyebaran virus corona di masyarakat Bupati Kediri Jatim sangat konsen berbagai permasalahan yang muncul di masyarakat seperti permasalahan sosial ekonomi warga yang bekerja di sektor informal berprofesi sebagai tukang becak, ojek pengkolan yang mangkal di pasar dan pertokoan , pedagang makanan dan profisi lainya yang mana bersentuhan dg jasa masyarakat banyak dengan kondisi perekonomian sekarang ini pendapatan mereka berkurang dan menurun drsstis bshkan sampai mereka berhenti usaha. sebutnya
Menyikapi hal tersebut Bupati Kediri mengambil langkah-langkah dan kebijakan untuk memberikan bantuan berupa beras kepada kepada masyarakat yang paling berdampak karena situasi penyebaran virus corona , dalam rapat koordinasi yang melibatkan Gugus Tugas penanganan covid -19 kabupaten Kediri , Dan seluruh Camat , Bupati menginstruksikan supaya segera melaksanakan terkait kecukupan data calon penerima bantuan tersebut supaya bisa segera terealisasi. pungkasnya
Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri memberikan bantuan beras selain sesuai dengan Keputusan Mentri Sosial untuk menyesuaikan cadangan beras Pemerintah yang siap terkumpul dari alokasi Anggaran untuk penanganan Pandemi covid 19 ini, selain itu ada juga yang bersumber dari Bazanas Kabupaten Kediri serta sumbangan yang dikumpulkan dari seluruh Satker di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri .
