Pihak RH Datangkan Pakar Hukum Pidana UIR Dr.Muhammad Nurul Huda.SH.MH Kooo,! Mendadak Sidang Ditunda,?Kasus dugaan korupsi milyaran rupiah proyek pembangunan jembatan sincin Rp.14,3 Milliar yang dilaporkan wartawan Rudi Hartono berujung pelaporan oleh Kadis PUTR Rohil Jon Syafrindo diduga merasa dicemarkan nama baiknya bergulir di Pengadilan Negeri Ujung Tanjung Kabupaten Rohil, Riau.
Menariknya kasus ini oleh Jon Syafrindo dan JPU sampai mendatangkan sejumlah pakar ahli hukum dari UR dan IT Surabaya beberapa waktu lalu dengan biaya yang diduga tidak sedikit. Ironisnya persidangan lanjutan, Senin (23/3/2020) yang akan kembali digelar pihak Rudi Hartono mendatangkan pakar hukum pidana Dr. Muhammad Nurul Huda, SH.MH informasinya (RH-red) tiba-tiba mendadak ditunda,
Kesediaan Dr. Muhammad Nurul Huda.SH.MH, menjadi ahli dalam persidangan RH ini diduga atas dasar kemanusiaan, tidak seperti dugaan JPU semangatnya luar biasa diduga untuk memenjarakan wartawan (RH) sampai mendatangkan sejumlah pakar ahli hukum dan IT jauh jauh dari Surabaya.
“Harusnya, hari ini senin tgl 23/3/2020 saya (Dr. Muhammad Nurul Huda, SH. MH) bersaksi di pengadilan negeri ujung tanjung rokan hilir (rohil) jam 15.00 wib sebagai ahli hukum pidana untuk terdakwa Rudi Hartono krn “dituduh mencemarkan nama baik Oknum pejabat rohil karena membuka dugaan korupsi”. Tetapi, jam 10.21 wib hari ini saya dapat info dari Rudi sidang hari ini ditunda. Padahal saya sudah di rokan hilir,” pungkas Desen Hukum Pidana UIR itu. (Srn)
