Baik sapa dan lakunya yang berparas ramah dan menyenangkan bagi yang bertemu dengannya karena yang terlihat hanyalah kesederhanaan tanpa terpancar kesuksesan yang diraihnya sebagai pengusaha muda ibu kota Negara Republik Indonesia.
Dalam usahanya yang sukses dan cemerlang lewat properti dan lainnya di belahan bumi Nusantara tidak merubah penampilan kesederhanaan pria yang suka di sapa Bro Kurniawan Tan, bahkan beberapa organisasi masyarakat, organisasi kepemudaan, organisasi lembaga sosial juga salah satu kegemaran beliau untuk bergabung dan bahkan memimpinnya hanya bertujuan ingin mendekatkan diri dan menjalin persaudaraan kepada seluruh masyarakat Indonesia sebagai warga negara yang di cintainya tanpa membeda bedakan warna, ras, suku, agama dan golongan
Tak heran kalau pria ini banyak yang mengenalnya tanpa pernah bertatap wajah atau bertemu langsung, tetapi sangat dikenal sebagai salah satu sosok dermawan muda Indonesia yang suka membantu siapapun dan dimanapun bahkan membantu adalah sudah menjadi salah satu hobby beliau, termasuk memiliki rutinitas mendatangi tempat tempat ibadah di sepanjang jalan yang dilaluinya. Baik mesjid,Gereja dan tempat ibadah lainnya hanya bertujuan ingin membantu sesama umat manusia yang memiliki dan teguh berkeyakinan serta bertaqwa lewat agamanya masing masing tanpa perbedaan kasih.
Bukan hanya mendatangi dan mengulurkan bantuan ke tempat ibadah , bahkan Bro Kurniawan Tan selalu berbagi kepada orang orang kurang mampu dan anak anak yang sangat butuh perhatian dalan kehidupan mereka yang serba kekurangan….sangat luar biasa Bro Kurniawan Tan
Akhir Februari 2020 tepatnya di areal Central Park Jakarta barat, 3 Pimpinan Tinggi Lembaga sosial terkenal Indonesia (Gemantara Raya) yang saat itu di hadiri langsung Wakil Ketua Umum (Tenor Amin S) Sekretaris Jenderal (Christina Shopian) dan bahkan Wakil Sekretaris Jenderal yang berdomisili di Provinsi Riau (Rudy S) tampil hadir dalam momen sejarah tersebut hanya karena ingin bertemu dan silaturrahmi dengan Bro Kurniawan Tan.
Dalam kesempatan yang berlian tersebut salah satu dari pimpinan yang juga dikenal jenius di lembaga Gemantara Raya yakni Wakil Sekretaris Jenderal (Rudy S) dan juga salah satu dari pendiri dalam organisasi Gemantara Raya. Dengan tidak menyia nyiakan waktu untuk menyisir trik dan tujuan dibalik sosok Bro Kurniawan Tan tersebut sehingga memiliki kesuksesan dalam segala bidang namun selalu terlihat soft dan biasa saja.
Tak disangka Bro Kurniawan Tan disosor oleh berbagai pertanyaan dari dari Wasekjend yang sulit terjawab oleh pintas pikiran normal, apalagi Wasekjend Rudy juga dikenal sebagai Panglima Gempur di dalam tubuh organisasinya, terutama pihak pihak yang merugikan Negara lewat warna warni aksi modus kejahatan, termasuk meletuskan kasus para oknum penyelenggara Negara bertopeng jabatan dan pangkat yang telah diamanahkan, bahkan Rudy yang juga dikenal dengan intelektual dan memiliki kejeniusan dalam berbagai bidang.
Sehingga pertemuan yang cukup berharga tersebut semakin seru, bahka para pengunjung Cafe di area Central Park terutama yang duduk di sekitar menjadi hening dan memasang telinga karena pertanyaan yang dilontarkan Wasekjend tidak terhitung butirnya membuat penasaran sekitar menanti ending jawaban pertanyaan yang dimulai riwayat hidup,wawasan, ilmu dalam pergaulan, dan inti kesuksesan yang di korek oleh Wasekjend Rudy kepada Bro Kurniawan Tan.
Malam semakin larut di keindahan central park tepat di depan air mancur dengan susunan irama gemerciknya nan semakin merias suasana justru membuat pengunjung bukan sepi, bahkan semakin ramai karena hanya ingin mendapat kepingan ilmu dari pengusaha muda Bro Kurniawan Tan. “Apalagi beliau menjawab singkat di ujung pertemuan dengan padat dan akurat bahwa “kita sukses karena kerja keras, karena kita memiliki niat untuk saling nembantu dan bukan kesenangan dunia semata, kita tidak punya itikat hidup dan senang sendiri tetapi saling berbagi, kita juga harus hidup saling menyayangi dan tidak saling membenci. Kita punya mata untuk melihat indahnya warna dan perbedaan, dan bukan diberikan mata untuk membedakan warna untuk menjadi kebencian, karena Tuhan menciptakannya dengan memiliki kegunaan dan nilai sama. “Jelas Bro Kurniawan Tan dengan senyuman persaudaraan”
