Operasi ini guna menciptakan situasi yang kondusif menjelang bulan suci Ramadhan. Operasi ini dipimpin langsung oleh kapolres Lahat kompol Lisman Nurhapis dan gabungan sat pol PP dan (PM) polisi militir selasa 25 feb 2025 jam 00.00wib
Kompol Lisman Nurhapis mengatakan razia ini bertujuan untuk memberantas peredaran obat obatan miras yang berpotensi memicu gangguan ketertiban dan keamanan masyarakat kabupaten Lahat
Lebih lanjut ia mengatakan operasi pekat ini merupakan langkah preventif Polres lahat dalam mengantisipasi tindakan kriminalitas yang kerap dipicu oleh konsumsi miras.
Kegiatan serupa akan terus dilakukan guna menekan angka kejahatan serta menciptakan suasana yang lebih kondusif di wilayah hukum Polres Lahat ,”katanya.
