Anggaran yang berakhir 1 Tahun , berdasarkan Pasal 11 undangundang Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 tentang Perbendaharaan Negara adalah meliputi masa satu tahun mulai dari tanggal 1 januari sampai dengan 30 Desember.
Dan boleh di lanjutkan dengan dua kali perpanjangan waktu yaitu 14 Hari pertama dan 30 hari kedua, Asalkan berani membayar denda denda 1/1000 perhari di kali jumlah nilai kontrak dan Pembayarannya harus di anggarkn dulu pada anggaran APBD-P tahun 2025 nanti, sesuai dengan peraturan presiden Nomor 12 Tahun 2018 tentang Pengadaan Barang dan jasa Pemerintah beserta semua perubahannya
Berdasarkan Peraturan tersebut untuk lebih lanjut team media Selidik kasus.com akan mempertanyakan keterkaitan pembayaran atas pekerjaan tersebut ke Dinas PUPR kabupaten Lahat Dan Keuangan Pemda lahat..
Seandainya akan dibayar dengan uang anggaran mana, dan seperti apa mekaniisme pembayaran dendanya.
