Atas instruksi dari pihak Polsek keduanya mendatangi Rumah Sakit Pratama Semende Darat Laut yang berada di Desa Muara Dua Kecamatan Semende Darat Laut Kabupaten Muara Enim.
Saat tiba dan menjelaskan bahwa mereka di minta melakukan Visum dan diterima pihak Rumah Sakit keduanya di minta membayar administrasi sebesar Rp.480.000,00 yang di bayar dimuka dan telah di bayar saat akan Visum.31/10/2024
Adapun Rincian yang tertera dari Administrasi untuk biaya Visum Rp.230.000 sedangkan lebihnya untuk jasa konsultasi dan biaya perawatan luka hingga mencapai jumlah Rp.480.000,00(Empat Ratus Delapan Puluh Ribu Rupiah).
Dengan adanya keluhan masyarakat,mediapun mendatangi Rumah Sakit untuk mengetahui lebih jauh terhadap keluhan dengan menemui direktur tapi sedang tidak ada di tempat lalu diarahkan menemui Humas melalui bapak Ryan Hary Anugrah.
Dari Humas di dapatkan keterangan,bahwa apa yang di keluhkan oleh pasien terhadap biaya Visum itu di lakukan sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah(PERDA)tentang Rumah Sakit,begitupun juga terhadap ambulan yang di pakai untuk rujukan juga mengacu ke perda dengan ketentuan biaya sebesar Rp.7.500./kilometer juga termasuk untuk biaya perawat yang mengantar saat rujukan”jelas Ryan.
“Apa yang di keluhkan oleh pasien terhadap biaya Visum yang di anggap mahal itu sudah kita lakukan sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah (PERDA) tentang Rumah Sakit,pun juga terhadap ambulan yang di pakai untuk rujukan termasuk perawat yang mendampingi juga mengacu pada perda,insya allah kami akan lakukan layanan yang terbaik dalam melayani pasien”jelasnya.
Jika mengacu kepada beberapa keterangan,bahwa Visum sendiri menjadi tanggung jawab negara namun belum ada ketentuan instansi atau lembaga negara yang
menjadi rujukan tersebut.
