dari kami selaku pengawasan ada pelanggaran pelanggaran yang terbukti ada perusahaan yang melakukan hauling itu di dokumentasikan, kami kirimkan ke sekretariat tim terpadu karena proses dispensasi itu ada di sekretariat tim terpadu di Dinas perhubungan (Dishub) provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara(sultra).
Batas BPJN itu sampai buat laporan bahwa ada perusahaan yang melintas tanpa dispensasi kami laporkan ke dishub selaku sekretariat nanti dishub yang berikan teguran, katanya
ada prosedurnya seperti surat teguran 1, 2, dan 3 kalau tidak ditindak lanjuti akan berlanjut penutupan seperti itu alur kerja samanya kami dengan instansi2 terkait.
Ada sk gubernur jadi di bentuk gakkum terkait angkutan lalulintas, sekretariatnya di dinas perhubungan propinsi anggota2nya seperti kami BPJN , BPTB, kementerian perhubungan, polda sama instansi dinas kabupaten terkait, pungkasnya.
Pihak PT MJM setelah di konfirmasi awak media kamis, (2/5/24), Belum memberikan tanggapan.(Jaldin)
