Kasi Intel Kejari Morowali: Tedy Arisandi, S.H, M.H
Morowali- Ormas Jaga Morowali mendatangi Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Morowali Sulawesi Tengah untuk menyampaikan beberapai hal pemberitahuan kepedulian dan dukungan kepada Aparat Penegak hukum, Senin(20/11/2023)
Ormas Jaga Morowali dan Satuan Komando Sapu Bersih Korupsi (Saber Korupsi) Hisam, Kabupaten Morowali atas perhatian dan kepeduliannya dan dukungannya kepada para penegak hukum untuk saling menjaga Kabupaten Morowali.Adapun tuntutan yang disampaikan masa aksi Ormas Jaga Morowali sebagai berikut:
1. Mendesak Kejaksaan Negeri Morowali segera periksa Ketua DPRD Morowali (KUSWANDI) terkait proyek rehab gedung DPRD Morowali;
2. Periksa Kuswandi atas dugaan suap 200 Juta hasil pungli yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Desa Parilangke;
3. Tangkap Alwan Abubakar atas dugaan proyek fiktif di BKD Morowali;
4. Periksa dan seret Asfar atas dugaan aliran Dana Proyek Pembangunan jalan di Bahodopi;
5. Periksa Asis Kabarata dugaan proyek pembangunan gedung kantor Kelurahan Tofoiso atas anggaran yang diduga di Mark Up dan mengalir ke Asis Kabarata;
6. Meminta Kejaksaan Morowali untuk memeriksa Kepala Inspektorat terhadap Pertanggungjawaban Penggunaan Dana Pengawasan senilai 18 Miliar;
7. PT. KAS segera kembalikan sertifikat tanah masyarakat Bumi Raya;
8. Tangkap Kades Solonsa atas Dugaan Penjualan Tanah APL (tanah bengkok) milik Desa Solonsa;Bahwa atas 8 (delapan) tuntutan yang dilayangkan, Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Morowali melalui Kepala Seksi Intelijen Teddy Arisandi, S.H., M.H telah menyampaikan jika tuntutan aksi poin 1 terkait dugaan tindak pidana korupsi rehab Gedung DPRD Morowali 2020 s/d 2022 telah dilakukan pemeriksaan melalui Bidang Intelijen melalui surat perintah SP.OPS05/P.2.19/Dek.1/06/2023 tanggal 14 juni 2023 Perihal adanya dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam pembiayaan Pembangunan rehabilitasi Gedung DPRD Kabupaten Morowali Tahun 2020 s/d 2022 dengan hasil ditemukan Rp. 338.428.886 berdasarkan audit BPK dan telah dilakukan pengembalian.
Terkait poin 2 perihal dugaan suap Rp. 200.000.000 yang dilakukan kepala desa parilangke penanganan perkaranya sedang ditangani oleh Polres Morowali.Bahwa untuk tuntutan poin 3 s/d poin 8 belum dilaporkan ke Kejaksaan Negeri Morowali sehingga diminta kepada korlap untuk menyampaikan laporan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi tersebut. Bahwa hisam kaimudin, kemudian menyampaikan beberapa berkas laporan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi namun setelah diteliti terdapat beberapa kekurangan terkait laporan tersebut sehingga hanya diterima 1 laporan yaitu Dugaan Korupsi Pengadaan Belanja Jasa Konsultasi Perencanaan Arsitektural – Jasa Nasihat dan Pra Desain Arsitektural Fiktif di BPKSDMD Kabupaten Morowali, sedangkan untuk laporan lainnya disarankan agar diperbaiki kemudian di kirim Kembalike kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Morowali,(red)
