Morowali- Terkait Tuntutan Ormas jaga Morowali di Kejaksaan Negeri Morowali yang salah satunya periksa Aziz Kabarata dugaan proyek pembangunan gedung kantor kelurahan Tofoiiso Kecamatan Bungku Tengah kabupaten Morowali Sulawesi Tengah atas anggaran yang di Mark Up dan mengalir ke Aziz Kabarata.
Saya selaku pelaksana proyek pembangunan gedung kantor kelurahan Tofoiiso yang diduga dirinya melakukan penyelewengan di proyek itu, saya tidak paham dana apa yang kami selewengkan di dalam pekerjaan itu. Pekerjaan itu menurut pengawas sudah bagus dan tepat waktu bahkan tidak ada item-item pekerjaan yang tidak kita kerjakan,”Kata Aziz Kabarata dimedia ini, Senin(20/11/2023)
Bahkan ada beberapa item pekerjaan menurut saran dari pengawas kita lakukan. Kalau kita lihat secara fisik bahwa pekerjaan itu hanya sebatas itu, memang sampai di situ kontraknya. Mungkin pemandangan orang secara umum kenapa ini mark up tidak selesai dan itu pekerjaan nya hanya sebatas itu,”Jelas Aziz.
Menurut informasi ditahun depan ada tambahan anggaran untuk penyelesaian kita tidak tau berapa dan pekerjaan itu sudah sesuai kontrak kami sebatas itu saja. Bahkan berapa bulan setelah selesai pekerjaan sambil menunggu kemudian kami dibayarkan. Kalau dibilang penyelewengan dana atau mark up dan sudah jelas itu adanya pekerjaan,”Terangnya.
Sambung Aziz kalau dibilang kami ada melakukan dugaan penyelewengan dana atau mengalir ke saya pribadi atau yang dibayarkan itu sudah hak saya. Dan itu saya sudah melakukan kewajiban saya, pekerjaan selesai sesuai kontrak, bahkan paling tepat waktu. Kalau dibilang melakukan penyelewengan sudah jelas itu hak kami karena sudah kami selesaikan. Kalau secara pribadi saya merasa heran itu.
Pembangunan kantor kelurahan Tofoiso dengan nilai anggaran Rp. 1 miliar dengan masa pekerjaan 120 hari dari bulan Mei dan selesai bulan September tahun 2023 atau selama tiga bulan. Kemudian belum bisa dimanfaatkan sementara kantor itu, karena menurut dari dinas ada pekerjaan finishing nya sampai selesai kalau yang, sekarang ini sebatas itu saja.
Secara pribadi merasa terganggu bahwa nama baik saya sudah tercoreng karena apa yang disampaikan saudara-saudara kita yang mengatasnamakan menyampaikan orasi dan menyampaikan pendapat di tempat umum saya anggap itu tidak berdasar dan saya akan melakukan langkah-langkah upaya hukum terkait nama baik saya,”Tegasnya.
