PALEMBANG | -, Komandan Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut (Danlanal) Palembang Kolonel Laut (P) Sandy Kurniawan menemui Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Sumatera Selatan di Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Selatan, Palembang. Sandy Kurniawan mengungkap pertemuan tersebut untuk meningkatkan sinergi Lanal Palembang dengan Pemerinta Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.
Danlanal mengatakan pihaknya melakukan audensi sebagai bentuk penghormatan kepada Kepala Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang baru dilantik pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2023 lalu.
“Kita melaksanakan audensi ke Penjabat Gubernur Sumatera Selatan sebagai bentuk penghormatan kepada beliau yang menjabat sebagai Pj Kepala Daerah di Sumatera Selatan,” kata Danlanal kepada Tintamerah.co.id, di Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Selatan, Jl. Kapten A. Rivai, Ilir Timur, Kota Palembang, Rabu (15/11).
Selain itu, tutur Danlanal, kunjungannya ke Pj Gubernur sekaligus untuk bersilaturahmi memperkenalkan dirinya sebagai Danlanal Palembang dan menyampaikan peran Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut Palembang di wilayah Sumatera Selatan.
“Kita memperkenalkan diri sebagai salah satu bagian dari Forkopimda Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, tentunya menjelaskan kepada Bapak Pj Gubernur apa saja peran dan kiprah Lanal Palembang di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan,” terang Danlanal.
Danlanal menambahkan kehadirannya ke Kantor Gubernur juga menyampaikan program Lanal Palembang yang mengikuti ajang Pemilihan Putera-Puteri Maritim Indonesia tahun 2023.
“Kita juga mencoba memperkenalkan salah satu quick quin kita adalah salah satu kegiatan kita pemilihan putra-putri maritim Indonesia,” ujar Danlanal.
“sudah melalui tahap seleksi ditingkat Provinsi dan kita menyiapkan kandidat untuk kita kirimkan ke tingkat nasional,” Danlanal menambahkan.
“Tadi Bapak Gubernur menyambut sangat baik, antusias sekali terhadap kegiatan ini, karena ini tentunya merupakan kegiatan yang positif untuk generasi muda dan akan menjadi duta-duta generasi muda untuk kedepannya mengembangkan visi-visi kemaritiman,” tutup Danlanal.
Sementara, Pj Gubernur Sumatera Selatan Dr. Agus Fatoni, M.Si mengucapkan selamat datang ke Kolonel Laut (P) Sandy Kurniawan. Pj Gubernur mengatakan pihaknya dan Lanal Palembang akan saling mendukung untuk memastikan wilayah maritim Sumatera Selatan aman.
“Kami mengucapkan selamat datang di Palembang. Insyaallah kita saling dukung untuk memastikan wilayah perairan di Sumatera Selatan selalu dalam kondisi stabil, aman, nyaman bagi kegiatan usaha. Memastikan bahwa wilayah perairan Sumatera Selatan selalu kondusif,” ujar Pj Gubernur.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Danlanal Palembang didampingi Palaksa Lanal Palembang Letkol Laut (P) Yusan Taufik.
Disisih Pemprov Sumsel, turut hadir, Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Sumsel Aufa Syahrizal S.P.,M.Sc, Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Sumsel Drs.H.Arinarsa JS, Kepala Dinas Kebangsaan dan Politik Alfajri Zabidi, Kepala Dinas Perikanan Aries Irwan Wahyu, Kepala Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Aris Saputra.
Seperti diketahui, Kolonel Laut (P) Sandy Kurniawan resmi menjabat Danlanal Palembang menggantikan Kolonel Laut (P) Widyo Sasongko yang ditugaskan sebagai Kadis Penal Koarmatim Surabaya. Pria asal Kota Bogor itu sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Koorspripim Panglima TNI.
Serah terima jabatan Danlanal Palembang dari Kolonel Laut (P) Widyo Sasongko kepada Kolonel Laut (P) Sandy Kurniawan dilakukan di Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut Palembang pada tanggal 9 Mei 2023 lalu.
