Sat Res Narkoba Polres Muara Enim yang berhasil mengungkap pengedar narkoba di Dusun II Desa Belimbing Jaya Kec. Belimbing Kab. Muara Enim Prov. Sumsel pada Senin (31/07/2023).
Pelaku bernama
Sukarton Emil Salim (34) yang merupakan warga Dusun II Desa Belimbing Jaya Kec. Belimbing Kab. Muara Enim.
Barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan oleh Sat Res Narkoba Polres Muara Enim berupa 22 paket diduga narkotika jenis ganja dengan berat total 1.350 gram, 12 paket diduga narkotika jenis sabu dengan berat total 10,29 gram, 1 timbangan plastik, 1 timbangan digital, 1 bungkus besar berisikan bal plastik klip bening kecil, 2 karung beras, dan 1 kantong kresek warna hitam.
Kapolres Muara Enim AKBP Andi Supriadi, SH, SIK, MH melalui Kasat Narkoba Polres Muara Enim AKP Darmanson, SH, MH, Rabu (2/08/23) menerangkan Pengungkapan berawal adanya informasi dari masyarakat bahwa di Desa Belimbing Jaya sering dijadikan tempat untuk transaksi narkotika
Personil dari sat Resnarkoba Polres Muara Enim langsung melakukan penyelidikan
kemudian setelah didapati informasi yang akurat terhadap lokasi dan ciri-ciri pelaku maka selanjutnya dilakukan penggerebekan dan berhasil mengamankan pelaku.
Sebelumnya pelaku sempat melarikan diri namun dapat di amankan oleh petugas dan pada saat di lakukan penggeledahan badan di temukan barang bukti shabu di kantong celana kanan pelaku,dan saat di lakukan penggeledahan di dalam kamar pelaku juga di temukan barang bukti jenis ganja sebanyak tersebut diatas.
Pelaku mengakui bahwa benar semua barang bukti tersebut adalah miliknya.
Atas kejadian tersebut pelaku dan Barang bukti langsung dibawa ke Kantor Sat Resnarkoba Polres Muara Enim untuk di proses lebih lanjut.
Atas perbuatan pelaku dikenakan pasal 114 ayat 2 Subsider pasal 112 ayat 2 lebih subsider pasal 111 ayat 2 UU RI No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika
Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Sat Resnarkoba)
masih melakukan pendalaman dan pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui dari mana pelaku memperoleh narkoba selama ini
Dengan terus menggali informasi, Sat Resnarkoba berharap dapat mengidentifikasi jaringan pemasok dan sumber peredaran narkoba.
Langkah ini akan membantu memberantas peredaran narkoba secara menyeluruh dan mencegahnya dari sumber asalnya. Semoga upaya ini berhasil untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan bebas dari peredaran narkotika di wilayah Muara Enim.
