Pekanbaru – Pada Hari Rabu Tanggal 20 Februari 2019 tiga tahun yang lalu Presiden Joko Widodo atau Jokowi melantik Syamsuar-Edy Nasution sebagai gubernur dan wakil gubernur Riau periode 2019-2024. Pelantikan berlangsung di Istana Negara, Jakarta.

Setelah pelantikan itu harapan baru kepada gubernur dan wakil gubernur Riau tersebut tercurah banyak harapan perubahan bagi enam juta lebih penduduk Lencang Kuning ini di bawa kepemimpinanya.

Kini sudah 3 tahun orang nomor satu itu membawa nahkoda propinsi Riau. Masa 3 tahun itu Syamsuar – Edy Nasution telah berkiprah dalam memimpin Riau. Huda menjelaskan alasannya, “Ini bisa dilihat keengganan Gubri untuk membuat satgas khusus pencegahan korupsi. Selain itu, Gubri Syamsuar kurang serius menindak bawahannya yang diduga terlibat KKN. Kondisi ini semakin memperburuk kampanye anti korupsi di Riau,” pungkas Nurul Huda.

Sekarang sudah tahun 2022, dua tahun lagi masa kepemimpinan Syamsuar akan berakhir. Akankah ada perubahan ke depan? Mari kita lihat semoga ada perubahan.
