Satu pelaku jambret HP anak yang beraksi di Perumahan Aneka Elok Penggilangan diringkus Reskrim Polsek Cakung Jakarta, menurut Kapolsek Cakung Kompol Satria Darma pelaku ditangkap hari kamis 4/11 yang lalu di lokasi persembunyiannya di Sulawesi Selatan.
Pelaku diketahui kabur setelah tahu rekannya PA (23) ditangkap Polisi.
“Pelaku yang sempat melarikan diri sudah kita amankan, dia kabur ke Sulsel dan ditangkap disana ” ujar Kompol Satria, sabtu 6/11.
Kapolsek belum dapat menjelaskan secara rinci, ia hanya menerangkan bahwa pelaku sudah diamankan di Mapolsek Cakung bersama rekannya PA yang ditangkap hari selasa 2/11 lalu.
Barang bukti penguat perbuatan pelaku adalah CCTV saat beraksi, dan para pelaku dijerat pasal 363 KUHP tentang pencurian dan pemberatan dengan ancaman pidana 7 tahun penjara.
“Untuk keterangan lengkapnya nanti disampaikan saat ungkap kasus hari senin” kata Satria.
Diberitakan sebelumnya yang dilangsir dari media media online jakarta, bahwa korban anak perempuan jadi korban jambret di wilayah perumahan aneka elok penggilingan, kecamatan cakung jakarta timur, pada hari senin 1/11, dalam rekaman CCTV sekira pukul 11. 16wib korban sedang berjalan kaki dengan temannya sambil menggemgam HP ditangan kirinya, saatbdi jambret korban berusaha mempertahankan HP miliknya saat dirampas, hingga terlihat saling tarik menarik debgan pelaku.
Setelah merampas barang korban, pelaku memacu motornya dan kabue dari perumahan tersebut, sementara korban tampak berusaha meminta tolong pada warga sekitar.
Berawal dari orang tua korban yang melihat hp anaknya dijual melalui facebook, dan melaporkannya ke Unit Reskrim Polsek Cakung, dengan berpura pura sebagai pembeli orang tua korban bersama Unit Reskrim Polsek Cakung berhasil menjebak pelaku dan menangkapnya.
