(Satserse) Polres Rokan Hulu menangkap dua orang diduga pelaku perampokan dan pembunuhan terhadap seorang Pria bernama Abdul Rahman alias AP Lopes warga Dusun Siki RT 011 RW 006 Desa Lubuk Bendahara, Kecamatan Rokan IV Koto, Kabupaten Rohul , Rabu 6 Oktober 2021 sekitar pukul 02.00 WIB hal ini di ungkapkan Kapolres Rohul AKBP Eko Wimpiyanto Hardjito SIK saat konferensi Pers di Pintu Utama Makopolres Rohul, Senin (18/10/2021).
Dijelaskan Kedua Terduga Pelaku berinisial Riswan Prasetya Siregar alias Iwan, peran eksekutor yang menikam Korban sampai meninggal Dunia dan Wandi Saputra alias Wandi, Peran penyedia Sepeda motor dan membantu pelarian, sedangkan Atap masih Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO), perannya eksekutor.
Peristiwa itu terjadi Rabu 6 Oktober 2021 sekitar pukul 02.00 WIB, saat itu korban sedang tidur, tiba-tiba korban terbangun dan melihat ada orang yang masuk kerumah.

Saat itu Surya Darma mendengar teriakan ada orang minta tolong di depan rumah, Diapun langsung keluar dan melihat kearah jalan ada seseorang yang berdiri sambil memegang bagian tubuh korban berdarah, ketika di dekati dia
melihat korban sudah telentang diatas aspal sambil mengatakan “Ada pencuri di rumah aku”
Korban terlihat banyak mengeluarkan darah dan di samping korban ditemukan baju kaos 1 lembar, 1 Lembar Jaket, 1 buah Gunting yang diduga digunakan pelaku menikam korban, serta 1 unit Hand Phone milik korban dan 1 Dompet milik korban, Selanjutnya korban dibawa ke rumah sakit oleh Rekendri dan Azwari (Saksi) namun korban tidak bisa diselamatkan dan meninggal dunia.
Atas kejadian itu keluarga korban melapor Ke Polsek Rokan IV Koto guna diproses hukum lebih lanjut.
Berdasarkan penyelidikkan dan pengumpulan bukti-bukti di TKP. Pada Kamis 14 Oktober 2021 sekitar pukul 05.00 Wib, Team Resmob Polres Rohul berhasil mengamankan salah satu Pelaku bernama Wandi diduga pelaku tindak pidana Curas yang mengakibatkan Korban meninggal dunia di Desa Lubuk Betung Kecamatan Rokan IV Koto
Dari hasil interogasi, Wandi mengakui terlibat dalam aksi pencurian dengan kekerasan tersebut dan dirinya berperan sebagai penyedia SPM Honda Beat warna Hijau Putih yang digunakan pelaku Iwan dan Atap DPO dengan iming-iming apabila berhasil akan mendapatkan imbalan, Dari informasi tersebut Team Resmob Polres Rohul yang dipimpin Kasat Reskrim Polres Rohul AKP Rainly Labolaang SIK melakukan pengembangan terhadap pelaku lain dan didapati informasi bahwa pelaku Iwan berada di Kabupaten Pelalawan, tepatnya di daerah Langgam.
Team Resmob Rohul berangkat menuju Kabupaten Pelelawan, Sabtu 16 Oktober 2021 sekitar pukul 11.30 Wib dengan di Backup Polsek Langgam Polres Pelalawan team berhasil mengamankan seorang pelaku lagi yang mengaku bernama Ridwan Prasetya Siregar Alias Iwan di sekitar wilayah PT MUP Kecamatan Langgam, Pelelawan.
Setalah dilakukan interogasi, Iwan mengakui telah melakukan tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan tersebut bersama ATAP.
dan dari hasil keterangan Wandi mengakui bahwa baju kemeja Levis, Kaos Oblong dan Topi Kemudian dia juga mengaku telah menusuk korban dengan menggunakan Gunting.
Dari hasil Keterangan Riswan Prasetya Siregar Alias Iwan bahwa sebelumnya dirinya dan Atap juga. pernah melakukan tindak pidana di beberapa tempat, antara lain melakukan pencurian Sepeda Motor jenis Honda Supra di PT SJI Coy dengan cara masuk ke dalam rumah pada bulan September 2021.
Selain itu mereka juga pernah, melakukan pencurian Sepeda Motor jenis Honda Beat di SP 6 Kunto Darusalam, dengan cara mengambil SPM yang terparkir di depan rumah pada bulan Juli 2021 serta melakukan pencurian Sepeda Motor jenis Honda Supra di SP 6 Kunto Darussalam, dengan cara masuk ke dalam rumah pada bulan Juli 2021.
Saat ini kedua pelaku beserta BB di bawah ke Polres Rohul untuk di proses dan saat ini Team Resmob Polres Rohul masih melakukan penyelidikkan dan pengembangan terkait keberadaan Atap,”
