Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil atau Dispendukcapil Gresik, Jawa Timur melakukan terobosan baru yakni memberikan kemudahan bagi pasangan nikah siri untuk mendapatkan Kartu Keluarga (KK).
Karenanya, pasangan nikah siri tetap bisa memperoleh KK, sama seperti pasangan yang tercatat secara resmi di Kementerian Agama.
Meski begitu, ada syarat yang harus diperhatikan pemohon salah satunya mengisi surat pertanggungjawaban mutlak (SPTJM) bukti perkawinan dengan ditandatangani dua saksi.
Kepala Dispendukcapil Khusaini menerangkan, terobosan ini untuk membantu masyarakat rentan agar mereka terdata oleh negara. Hal ini juga intruksi dari pemerintah pusat serta ketentuan Permendagri Nomor 9 tahun 2016.
“Secara hukum, semua masyarakat memiliki hak yang sama mendapatkan dokumen kependudukan, kami hanya mencatat,” katanya pria berkaca mata ini pada Selasa (12/10/2021).
Diungkapkan lebih jauh oleh Khusaini, program ini diberi nama Lare Sadaya (Layanan Penduduk Rentan Sosial Budaya). Ini juga mendukung program Nawa Karsa, 100 hari kerja Bupati Fandi Akhmad Yani dan Aminatun Habibah.
“Ini juga bagian dari program percepatan pelayanan kependudukan oleh Bupati Fandi Akhmad Yani kepada masyarakat yang rentan. Kami memberikan pelayanan cepat dan tepat bagi masyarakat,” tambahnya.
Selain kartu keluarga, masyarakat yang ingin mengurus akta kelahiran juga bisa dilakukan. Namun, semuanya dilakukan di Kantor Dispendukcapil Gresik karena perlu tahap verifikasi pemberkasan.
Khusaini merinci masyarakat yang melakukan pengurusan dokumen ini tercatat sudah 643 dalam kurun waktu Januari hingga Maret 2021.
“Nanti di kartu keluarga, status perkawinan belum tercatat. Lalu jika akta kelahiran nanti dicantumkan nikah belum tercatat dibagian bawah,” imbuhnya.
Dirinya pun memgimbau kepada masyarakat yang telah melaksanakan nikah siri serta memiliki anak agar secepatnya mengurus dokumen. “Sebab dokumen kependudukan ini penting,” tutupnya.
