KEDIRI, selidikkasus.com.– Tim Resmob Satreskrim Polres Kediri berhasil mengamankan 3 orang penjudi yang tengah asyik bermain judi dadu di dekat Tempat Pemakaman Umum (TPU) Dusun Mangunrejo, Desa Tulungrejo, Kecamatan Pare, Kabupaten Kediri, Rabu (6/10/2021).

Mulyadi (40) bandar dadu, Solikin (53) dan Sawiji (49) sebagai penombok. Ketiga pelaku merupakan warga Desa Tulungrejo, Kecamatan Pare, Kabupaten Kediri. Penangkapan para pelaku berawal dari informasi masyarakat, selanjutnya Tim Resmob Polres Kediri langsung menindaklanjuti dan melakukan serangkaian penyelidikan.

Setelah dilakukan penyelidikan, petugas segera bergerak dan berhasil mengamankan tiga orang pelaku judi dadu salah satunya bandar. Pada saat petugas melakukan penangkapan mereka kedapatan sedang berjudi di pekarangan kosong dekat TPU.

Dijelaskan Kasat Reskrim Polres Kediri AKP Rizkika Admadha Putra melalui Whatsapp, selain menangkap ketiga pelaku, petugas juga mengamankan barang bukti sebagai sarana judi dadu. Diantaranya, enam buah mata dadu, satu tutup dadu, satu beberan, satu tataan satu lampu sebagai penerangan, dua buah sepasang sandal, satu alas tikar warna merah abu-abu dan uang Rp 300 ribu.

“Saat ini ketiga pelaku masih dimintai keterangan guna pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. Ketiga pelaku dijerat pasal 303 KUHP tentang tindak pidana perjudian dengan ancaman kurungan maksimal 10 tahun penjara,” ujar AKP Rizkika, Jum’at (8/10/2021). (*/Rud)
