Jakarta – Adanya pemberitaan di beberapa Media Online terkait dibolehkannya Mudik di tengah Pandemi Covid-19 oleh Kepala Korp Lalu Lintas Polri, Irjen Pol Drs. Istiono, M.H saat melakukan pantauan Pos PAM di Kota Bekasi kemarin. Hal itu dibantah oleh Kakorlantas Polri, bahwa pemberitaan di media tersebut tidak tepat pointnya.
Kakorlantas Polri menegaskan mudik 2020 sampai saat ini masih dilarang. Ada hal-hal emergency di lapangan yang diberi pengecualian untuk melintasi pos pam cek point atas penilaian diskresi kepolisian tentunya. Seperti masih adanya aktivitas masyarakat bekerja dan ini secara situasional kita ijinkan demi kepentingan bekerja, bukan kepentingan mudik. Karena Operasi Ketupat 2020 adalah operasi kemusiaan yang mengedepankan langkah persuasif dan humanis.
“Ada beberapa media yang mengutip masalah boleh mudik tapi ada syarat keterangan RT/RW, itu tidak benar. Jadi mereka yang mengunjungi keluarga karena ada yang meninggal dunia, itu tentunya polisi punya pertimbangan diskresi di lapangan, karena ini operasi kemanusiaan,” quote Kakorlantas, Kamis (30/4/20).
Kakorlantas juga mengingatkan bahwa pemudik yang mendapat diskresi karena yang bersangkutan bukan mudik, tetapi mengunjungi keluarga yang sakit atau meninggal dunia ini pun statusnya akan ditetapkan ODP dan harus dikarantina 14 hari sesuai protokol penanganan covid-19.
“Nah ini yang perlu diketahui RT/RW setempat. Bukan sah atau tidaknya mereka mudik dari ijin RT/RW. Sekali lagi surat keterangan dari RT/RW itu hanya untuk kepentingan status dia diketahui, dimana daerah asal dia berangkat dan kemana, sehingga bisa dilakukan pengawasan,” quote Kakorlantas.
Kakorlantas berharap masyarakat sebagai ujung tombak penanganan Covid-19. Dan tidak perlu mencari kesempatan untuk meninggalkan daerahnya, karena seperti daerah Jakarta ini masih zona merah. Justru Kakorlantas mengajak untuk menjaga bersama-sama, supaya pencegahan covid-19 ini bisa direm. Dengan dilarang mudik peran sentral kesadaran masyarakat sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengurangi penyebaran covid-19 ini.
“Terimakasih dan apresiasi saya ucapkan kepada masyarakat yang tidak melaksanakan mudik dengan kesadarannya yang sangat luar biasa, ini bagus sekali, mudah-mudahan kita bisa menang melawan covid-19,” quote Kakorlantas.(divisi humas polri)
