Warga Kelurahan Air Dingin Pekanbaru 2Hari hanya makan Ubi, Aktivis dan Ahli Hukum Pidana Angkat bicara,”Jangan Minim prestasi & Pula Hati Nurani Pemerintah Daerah” Direktur Lembaga Forum Masyarakat Bersih (FORMASI) RIAU Dr. Muhammad Nurul Huda. SH. MH Sangat menyayangkan Sekali Minimnya perhatian lurah Air Dingin dan pemerintah daerah pekanbaru sampai – Sampai warganya diduga untuk bertahan hidup selama dua hari hanya mengonsumsi ubi. Pungkas Huda.

Pemerintah harus sunguh-sunguh agar serius memperhatikan kebutuhan dasar warga selama pandemi corina / Covid 19 ini, anggarannya sudah “gemuk”tapi kenapa bisa ada warga yang sampai begitu.? saya minta gakum untuk mengingatkan pemda agar tidak mengambil kesempatan untuk berbuat yang macam-macam’ pungkas yang mana juga Huda bisa jadi Ahli hukum pidana di berbagai kasus.

Seperti yang di kutip dari media online www.beritariau.com dijelaskan-Pekanbaru – Dampak penyebaran Covid-19 dan penerapan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) di Kota Pekanbaru, begitu terasa terhadap Indrawati (43) warga yang tinggal di Jalan Kaharudin Nasution Gang Masjid Baiturrahmat, RT 03 RW 02, Kelurahan Air Dingin, Kecamatan Bukitraya, Pekanbaru.

Untuk bertahan hidup, Janda yang sehari-hari hidup berjualan jajanan kue di pasar ini bersama 4 orang anaknya yang masih kecil, memilih memakan tunggul ubi yang dicabut dari samping rumahnya setelah 2 hari berturut-turut tidak bisa makan nasi karena sulitnya mendapatkan bahan pokok beras.

Ditemui Beritariau.com, Minggu (26/04/2020) sore, di dampingi oleh Anggota DPRD Kota Pekanbaru, Hj Sri Rubiyanti SIP, Ketua RT 03, Zulhermansyah dan Tokoh Masyarakat, Mairusli, Indrawati bercerita sembari menahan isak tangisnya.

Kunjungan Anggota DPRD Pekanbaru dari Partai Gerindra itu kali kedua setelah sebelumnya turun membantu dari laporan RT 03 Air Dingin.

Indrawati disela obrolan itu bercerita singkat, akibat dampak Covid-19 serta PSBB yang sudah berjalan di Kota Pekanbaru, pedagang kecil ini mengaku kondisi ekonominya benar-benar diambang keterpurukan. Bahkan modal untuk berjualan sehari-hari sudah habis untuk biaya kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari.

Istana kecil yang ditempatinya bersama 4 orang anaknya saat ini adalah tumpangan gratis dari pemilik salah satu pengusaha rumah makan terkenal di Kecamatan Bukitraya, Pekanbaru. “Nanti tak tahu lah (tinggal,red) karena rumah ini mau direhab katanya,” ucap Indrawati.

Cerita Indrawati terhenti, karena tak kuasa menahan isak tangisnya. Tokoh masyarakat, Mairusli, yang tinggal persis di depan rumah Indrawati melanjutkan pembicaraan atas kondisi hidup yang dihadapi ibu single parent tersebut.

Beberapa pekan yang lalu, Mairusli secara kebetulan tidak sengaja lewat di depan rumah Indrawati dan melihat ibu itu sedang mencongkel tunggul ubi yang tumbuh liar di samping rumahnya.

Mairusli yang bingung kemudian bertanya untuk apa menggali tanaman tunggul ubi yang ditanam disamping rumahnya itu. “Dia langsung nangis, pak sudah 2 hari saya tak makan. Ini (ubi,red) yang bisa saya makan lagi pak sama anak,” ucap Mairusli menirukan perkataan Indrawati.

Mairusli melihat kondisi itu, langsung mengambil tindakan dan pulang ke rumahnya mengambil beberapa cangkir beras untuk dibagikan kepada ibu tersebut dan melaporkan ikhwal itu kepada Ketua RT setempat serta Anggota DPRD Kota Pekanbaru, Hj Sri Rubiyanti, SIP. “Alhamdullilah, ibu sri langsung turun dan bantu melalui paket sembako,” jelasnya.

Ketua RT 03 Kelurahan Air Dingin, Zulhermansyah bercerita jika dirinya secara pribadi membantu Ibu Indrawati. “Malam kemarin saya belikan mie instan Rp50 ribu,” singkatnya.

Dia melanjutkan jika warganya itu adalah warga miskin yang sudah masuk dalam Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) Kementerian Sosial Non Bansos. “Tapi bukan namanya, nama suaminya Jayus Santoso,” ucapnya.

Sekedar diketahui, Indrawati sudah berpisah dengan suaminya sejak beberapa tahun yang lalu. Sewaktu pendataan bansos, Indrawati mengadu kepada RT dan meminta nama KK nya ditukar dan tidak lagi memakai nama suaminya. “Saya bilang tidak bisa, justru nanti bisa hilang namanya. Jika nama suaminya, tetap yang mendapatkan bantuan Indrawati,” papar Zulher.

Di RT 03 Kelurahan Air Dingin, Zulher melakukan pendataan bansos Pemko Pekanbaru sebanyak 54 KK. Zulher berharap, data yang divalidasinya itu masuk dalam kriteria penerima bansos Pemko Pekanbaru.

Data itu, katanya lagi dicatat diluar data orang yang mendapatkan PKH serta Bantuan Sosial Pangan (BSP) dari pemerintah pusat. “Ibu ini tidak didata karena sudah masuk DTKS non Bansos,” jelasnya.

Mereka itu punya anak dan punya cita-cita yang tinggi untuk menjadikan anak mereka yang berguna bagi NKRI. tutur huda.
