Gaji ASN Riau tak Dipotong untuk Covid19, Ini Tanggapan FORMASI RIAU
Pekanbaru-Riau- ‘Direktur Formasi Riau DR Muhammad Nurul Huda SH MH tanggapi soal belum adanya rencana Setda provinsi Riau Yan Prana potong gaji Aparatur Sipil Negara ASN Riau untuk biaya penanggulangan covid-19.
Dosen Pascasarjana hukum pidana UIR DR Muhammad Nurul Huda SH MH sampaikan tanggapan nya melalui WhatsApp saat di konfirmasi awak media pada Sabtu 11/04/20.
Kalau nggak bisa gaji ASN dipotong, ya ambil kebijakan, misalkan, Batalkan 50% persen proyek fisik yg bersumber dari APBD Riau, alihkan untuk penanganan covid- 19″ kata DR Huda.
Menurut DR Muhammad Nurul Huda SH MH lagi, dalam kondisi seperti saat sekarang ini, dimana peningkatan kasus terpapar dan korban jiwa bertambah akibat pandemi covid-19, maka kebijakan yang buat tentunya lebih pada memproritaskan kemanusiaan.
Dahulukan kemanusiaan daripada membangun proyek fisik”. pungkasnya.(srn)
