Ponorogo-Jatim-“Melihat wabah virus corona yang semakin meresahkan banyak orang, Kepala Desa Winong,Kecamatan Jetis, Kabupaten Ponorogo, provinsi Jatim, Bpk.Hanif Saifulloh memutuskan untuk menutup akses ke Desa Winong pada (11/04/2020).
Penutupan akses ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Bambu & Bahan Seadanya Juga Pemasangan Banner Diarea Tertentu sebagai rasa kepedulian khususnya masyarakat desa winong,juga karang taruna terhadap dampak Negatif covid-19(corona)ini.
Dengan kebijakan penutupan ini, Dikarenakan bertambahnya pasien dikota ponorogo yang sampai (10/04/2020) diduga bertambah 6 pasien yang positif corona.
“Warga harus bisa memahami kebijakan yang saya ambil.Juga antusias warga dan karang taruna utamanya masyarakat desa winong menyambut positif dengan adanya lockdown ini untuk menanggulangi penyebaran wabah covid – 19(corona) yang sedang mewabah diseluruh dunia ini.
Sebelum diberlakukan local lockdown, beberapa akses masuk ke desa winong,dipasang banner-banner juga tulisan-tulisan agar warga lebih waspada,menjaga kebersihan,kesehatan utamanya lebih peduli akan adanya wabah corona(covid-19) ini.
“Termasuk seluruh jalan masuk akan ditutup,Juga diberlakukan pengecekan KTP dan penjagaan ketat.Agar warga desa winong tidak tertular penyakit dari luar/pendatang dari luar desa & luar daerah,Selain disediakan nya fasilitas ruang isolasi khusus untuk warga winong khususnya.ujarnya.
BPK.Hanif Saifulloh sebagai Kepala Desa menyadari bahwa kebijakan tersebut akan menimbulkan pro dan kontra.
Untuk itulah, BPK.Hanif Saifulloh memastikan sebelum melakukan lockdown ini diadakan musyawarah bersama dengan seluruh masyarakat,utamanya penduduk desa winong.
Tidak hanya menutup akses masuk dalam jalan desa,tapi dengan adanya kerja bakti penutupan jalan ini.masyarakat terlihat antusias mendukung sepenuh hati dengan diadakan nya kerja bakti & gotong royong menutup akses jalan desa sesuai kebijakan yang diambil oleh BPK.Hanif Saifulloh ini,Ungkapnya.
