Medan–Sumut- Tim Khusus Anti Bandit Polsek Medan Barat mengamankan dua pelaku penganiayaan anggota TNI di Pajak Palapa, Pulo Brayan, Medan yang terjadi pada Minggu, 1 Maret 2020. “Kedua pelaku adalah Anwar Efendi alias Uli (45) warga Jalan Mayor Pajak Palapa, Lingkungan IX Kelurahan Pulo Brayan Kota, Kecamatan Medan Barat dan Rifandi alias Aban (39) warga Jalan Palapa Lingkungan IX Kelurahan Pulo Brayan Kota, Kecamatan Medan Barat.
“Kedua tersangka diamankan di Gang Perjuangan Pasar 8 Medan Marelan tepatnya di rumah W Sinaga oleh personel gabungan Polsek Medan Barat, Kodim 0201/BS dan Denpom I/5 Medan pada Senin (2/3/2020) sekira pukul 00.45 WIB,” kata Kapolsek Medan Barat Kompol Afdhal Junaedi SIK MH didampingi Kanit Reskrim Iptu Prasetio SIK.
Dikatakan Kapolsek bahwa Aban merupakan pelaku utama pengeroyokan Praka Bambang Zulkifli, anggota Yonif Raider 111/KB Tualang Cut.
“Peristiwa pengeroyokan itu bermula saat korban bersama Nanang Arianto (38) memarkirkan mobil pick up yang bemuatan ayam potong untuk dijual di Pasar Palapa,” urai Kompol Afdhal.
Kemudian, sambung Kapolsek, korban didatangi Rifandy alias Aban yang saat itu diduga dalam keadaan mabuk akibat pengaruh minuman beralkohol.
“Ia mendatangi korban untuk meminta ayam potong yang mau dijual. Namun tanpa izin, Aban memanjat mobil secara paksa untuk mengambil ayam potong milik korban. Hal ini menyebabkan pertengkaran dan perkelahian Rifandy dan Bambang,” urai Kompol Afdhal.
Nanang mencoba melerai perkelahian tersebut, tetapi datang teman Aban, inisial A alias A C dan U M, keduanya DPO menyerang Nanang dan Bambang.
“Situasi saat itu bertambah ramai karena beberapa orang ikut memukuli kedua korban. Tak lama personel Polsek Medan Barat datang dan mengamankan Anwar alias Uli. Sementara pelaku lainnya pengeroyokan melarikan diri,” beber Kompol Afdhal.
Usai kedua korban yang terluka diberi pertolongan pertama di RS. Imelda mereka membuat LP di Polsek Medan Barat.
“Atas perbuatannya, kedua tersangka dipersangkakan melanggar ketentuan pidana sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 351 ayat (1) juncto Pasal 170 KUHPidana tentang penganiayaan secara bersama-sama dengan ancaman hukuman di atas lima tahun penjara,” Kata Kompol Afdhal.**red*
