Bukit Batu – Menyambut Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1446 Hijriyah, Forum Wartawan Bukit Batu Bandar Laksamana dan Siak Kecil (FWBS) menggelar kegiatan sosial berupa santunan anak yatim dan bantuan sembako kepada kaum dhuafa. Sebanyak **60 penerima** mendapat manfaat dari program ini, terdiri dari 40 anak yatim dan 20 keluarga dhuafa. Acara digelar di Mesjid Al Quro, Desa Pakning Asal, Kecamatan Bukit Batu, Jumat (28/03/2025), usai Salat Ashar.
Kegiatan ini dihadiri sejumlah tokoh penting, termasuk Ketua FWBS Darmayanto, Sekretaris Andhika, Bendahara Erwin Syah Putra, Dewan Pendiri FWBS Alfisnardo, serta anggota seperti Ritonga dan Edi Susanto. Turut hadir Perwakilan Aliansi Wartawan Mandiri (AWAM), Ketua Mesjid Al Quro Rusdianto, dan Anggota DPRD Bengkalis Asep Setiawan.
Dalam sambutannya, Darmayanto menegaskan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan wujud kepedulian FWBS terhadap anak yatim dan kaum dhuafa.
“Ini adalah bentuk solidaritas kami untuk meringankan beban mereka menjelang Lebaran. Kegiatan ini akan menjadi agenda tahunan FWBS,” ujar Darmayanto.
Anggota DPRD Bengkalis Asep Setiawan turut memberikan apresiasi tinggi. “Inisiatif FWBS patut diapresiasi. Semoga bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan memotivasi pihak lain untuk turut berkontribusi,”ungkapnya.
Antusiasme terlihat dari para penerima bantuan. Salah satunya, Rozali menyampaikan rasa syukurnya.
“Terima kasih FWBS. Bantuan ini sangat berarti bagi kami, terutama saat menyambut Hari Raya,” tuturnya dengan haru.
