Pasalnya banyak masyarakat menanyakan tentang kinerja PPPK yang saat ini rangkap jabatan di desa seperti perangkat desa dan BPD dari dua pekerjaan tersebut SK dari Bupati dengan adanya perbincangan ini masyarakat mengeluh kan oknum oknum yang menjabat sebagai guru masih bertugas di desa ini jelas rangkap jabatan
Kami mencoba konfirmasi dengan dinas pendidikan di kabupaten muara Enim menanyakan hal ini apaka boleh seorang dinas PPPK bekerja di desa sebagai BPD atau perangkat
Julius sebagai Kabid pengadaan di dinas pendidikan kabupaten muara Enim saat di konfirmasi pada hari Jumat 14 pen 2025 melalui vea WhatsApp menyampaikan bahwa kalau berdasarkan perjanjian kerja di tandatangani oleh PPPK dan bupati,di salah satu poin nya tidak boleh rangkap jabatan.ucap nya
Dengan adanya poin tersebut masih ada saja PPPK rangkap jabatan di salah satu Desa di tanjung tiga kecamatan SDT dan SD remantai SMP SDU Datar lebar dan termasuk di SDL
Masyarakat mengharapkan pemerintah setempat agar memberikan instruksi agar segera Menganti atau memberikan pilihan kepada oknum PPPK tersebut jangan sampai kinerja oknum tersebut terhambat atau amburadul
Dengan adanya PPPK rangkap jabatan PJ bupati muara Enim agar memberikan instruksi kalau rangkap jabatan tidak la boleh.(red)
