Lahat kamis 26 sep 2024 selidikkasus.com II Suasana damai pasca deklarasi Pilkada Lahat pada Selasa, 24 September 2024 beberapa hari lalu, mulai terusik setelah Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Lahat dituding tidak profesional.
KPU dinilai memihak salah satu pasangan calon (Paslon) terkait penyusunan jadwal kampanye bagi ketiga pasangan calon Bupati-Wakil Bupati Lahat.
Konflik ini berawal dari keputusan KPU yang membatalkan hasil kesepakatan rapat koordinasi (rakor) yang diadakan pada Selasa malam, 24 September 2024.
Dalam rakor yang dihadiri oleh perwakilan Paslon 01 (Yus Maulana-Budiarto), Paslon 02 (Burzah-Widya), dan Paslon 03 (Lidyawati-Haryanto), serta perwakilan Polres Lahat, disepakati bahwa jadwal kampanye akbar akan dilakukan berdasarkan sistem undian.
Hasilnya, Paslon 01 mendapatkan jadwal pada 21 Oktober, Paslon 02 pada 22 Oktober, dan Paslon 03 pada 23 Oktober.
Namun, hanya berselang beberapa jam setelah rakor, KPU Lahat membatalkan kesepakatan tersebut melalui pesan WhatsApp yang dikirimkan oleh salah satu komisioner kepada perwakilan Paslon 02 dan 03. Hal ini memicu kekecewaan dari kedua paslon.
Sekretaris Tim Pemenangan Paslon 03, Ganda Taruna, dalam konferensi pers menyatakan, “KPU Lahat sudah ingkar dengan apa yang mereka putuskan sendiri. Kami tetap mengacu pada jadwal hasil rakor tanggal 24 September, dan jika Paslon 01 ingin menggunakan jadwal lain, itu urusan mereka.”
Hal senada diungkapkan oleh Ketua Tim Pemenangan Paslon 02, Sudarman, yang menegaskan bahwa pihaknya hanya menginginkan KPU Lahat bertindak netral dan tidak berpihak.
“Kami datang ke rakor berdasarkan undangan KPU Lahat, dan hasilnya sudah disepakati bersama. Ini tidak masuk akal, KPU membatalkan kesepakatan tersebut hanya melalui pesan WhatsApp,” ujarnya. Sudarman juga menyatakan bahwa pihaknya siap menempuh jalur hukum terkait masalah ini.
Menanggapi tudingan tersebut, Komisioner KPU Lahat, Emil Asy’ari, membantah bahwa pihaknya membatalkan hasil kesepakatan rakor.
Ia menegaskan bahwa jadwal kampanye yang akan dikeluarkan tetap berdasarkan hasil rakor, yang sudah sesuai dengan aturan PKPU 13 Tahun 2024.
“Berita acaranya tetap seperti hasil rakor malam itu. Itu jadwal kampanye yang akan digunakan,” jelas Emil.
Kisruh terkait jadwal kampanye ini menunjukkan adanya ketegangan dalam penyelenggaraan Pilkada Lahat 2024, dengan KPU Lahat yang dituding tidak bersikap profesional dan merugikan dua pasangan calon. (Agustin)
