Sultra – Kendari, DPW LSM Lumbung Informasi Rakyat Sulawesi Tenggara (LSM LIRA Sultra) menyoroti dan mengungkap dugaan kerugian negara hingga ratusan miliar rupiah yang dilakukan oleh PT. Cipta Djaya Surya.
Hal itu dikatakan oleh Manton selaku Sekwil DPW LSM LIRA Sultra. Sabtu, 25/05/2024.
Menurut Manton Perusahaan PT. Cipta Djaya Surya (PT. CDS) diketahui telah beroperasi di Desa Molore Kecamatan Langgikima Kabupaten Konawe Utara Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.
Sambung Manton menjelaskan bahwa PT. Cipta Djaya Surya (CDS) diduga tidak menyampaikan Rencana Kerja Anggaran Biaya (RKAB) Tahunan sebagai syarat wajib yang dilakukan oleh PT. CDS.
Selain itu, PT. CDS juga diduga memproduksi dan melakukan penjualan melebihi Kuota RKAB dan atau tidak menyampaikan RKAB yang disetujui sebanyak 702.002 Ton dengan nilai Ratusan Miliar Rupiah dari harga penjualan tanpa RKAB yang disetujui.
“PT. CDS ini telah melakukan penjualan melebihi kuota RKAB, bahkan lebih parahnya lagi, PT. CDS tidak menyampaikan RKAB Tahunan, sementara itu adalah syarat yang wajib dilakukan,” ujar Manton.
Kerugian negara yang mencapai ratusan miliar tersebut juga sesuai temuan dari Hasil Audit Dengan Tujuan Tertentu (DTT) Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI Nomor 8/LHP/XVII/05/2023.
Bukan hanya itu saja, Jelas Manton, Pada lampiran 20 LHP PDTT, juga terdapat PT. Cipta Djaya Surya tercatat melakukan penjualan Provisional melebihi RKAB. Berdasarkan RKAB Perusahaan tersebut diberikan Kuota Sebesar 102.000 Ton di Tahun 2022.
Sementara berdasarkan Data Penjualan yang dilakukan oleh PT. CDS Sebesar 196.175.18 Ton. Yang artinya terdapat selisih 94.175.18 Ton.
“Apabila selisih tersebut kalau di konversi dengan Harga Nikel dengan Kurs Rupiah terhadap Dolar Tahun 2022 lalu, maka mendapatkan penjualan dengan nilai miliaran rupiah,” Ungkapnya.
Oleh karena itu, Kejaksaan Agung RI agar segera memanggil dan memeriksa Direktur PT. Cipta Djaya Surya (CDS) yang diduga telah melakukan penjualan yang melebihi kuota RKAB yang telah disetujui dan/atau yang sudah berikan, serta tidak melaporkan RKAB Tahunan, sehingga dapat merugikan keuangan negara dengan nilai yang cukup fantastis.
“Secara kelembagaan kami akan segera melaporkan kasus tersebut ke Kejaksaan Agung RI, agar perusahaan tersebut segera diproses sesuai ketentuan undang – undang yang berlaku,” Pungkasnya.(Man)
